Description of Work: Recovered 2 Wing Chairs. Each chair was recovered using 5 different fabrics, so it was more labor than if I had wanted only one fabric used. They also made cording trim from their own fabric on hand for both chairs, and made the chair seat cushions thicker and more dense.

Description of Work: My problem was in picking up and delivering. I was told he would pick up my chair on Saturday in Forney, TX after we moved on Wednesday from Mesquite, TX to Forney, TX. He called as the moving people had already put the chair in their truck and asked me to have them get it out that he was going to pick it up then. He and his partner arrived in a truck but I was told that they could not lift the chair to their truck would I have the moving men put it in his truck so I did. In about 2 weeks he called and told me the chair was ready but he couldn't deliver it could I call the movers again to come get it and deliver it to us which would have cost us at the least about $150.00more. We are in our seventies and unable to lift but to get the chair we had to rent a trailor and he and his partner put it in the trailor but when we got it home we had to lift it out of the trailor. That was the only way we could get our chair back. My husband told him that he was going to take the $20.00 it cost us to rent the trailor off of his fee and he said no, his fee remained the same and added $33.00 in taxes. The chair was upholstered fairly well. It is not perfect but I will never get this company to reupholster anything. He actually was rude to me everytime I talked to him and I have never heard of someone that upholsters not picking up and delivering the item to be upholstered. If they felt they could not lift things they should hire someone to pick up and deliver.

Description of Work: My dog chewed off the armrest of my lovely chair. I got some fabric, took BOTH chairs to these guys. They repaired/ upholstered all four armrest... so they would match. They are wonderful and did an AMAZING job. I would use these guys in a heartbeat. WONDERFUL!!

Description of Work: After repainting our dining room, the dining room chair cushions clashed with the new wall color, so we found a fabric that worked at a local fabric shop and then took the 6 chair pads plus the new fabric to this company. They repadded and refinished the 6 chair bottoms with the new fabric.

Description of Work: Custom cushions for dining room chairs, cover the seat of a side chair.

Description of Work: Custom Trend Upholstery made replacement covers for the three seat cushions on my leather sofa. I also had two matching throw pillows made. I also had them make a new set of cushions for my glider rocker, and a upholstered top for a round ottoman/table. I provided the fabric. All of the work was beautifully done. The work took about three weeks to complete. I will definitely use their services again - when I went to pick up the completed pieces, I dropped of an upholstered desk chair to be recovered.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY RECOVERED LEATHER SOFA CUSHIONS WITH TAPESTRY FABRIC I PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED. THEY MADE CUSHIONS SO THAT I COULD REVERSE SIDES IF NEEDED. THEY USED CORDING TO FINISH EACH CUSHION AND PUT IN ZIPPERS SO THAT I COULD REMOVE FOR CLEANING. THEY ALSO REPADDED CUSHIONS BEFORE COVERING.
