The work was excellent it was better than it has to be. They're not the cheapest but they did a great job and they're trustworthy.

Crown Exteriors just completed the replacement and painting of new Hardie lap siding on my house. Randy was a great pleasure to work with. Not only was his estimate the lowest (even in this very pricey home repair market), but included the painting, re-staining of my front and back doors, and temporary removal of some gutters (other bidders did not include this). He spent more than two hours detailing each and every part of the job - 6 pages! That alone was worth the money. I knew exactly what I was getting. He didn't ask for any money up front ( a definite PLUS), and only asked for partial payment at the halfway point and the rest after the entire job was completed and a final walk through was done. His four man crew was fast and did high quality work. What I initially thought might take a couple of weeks took only 4 days. They cleaned up every day after working from around 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. I would hire Crown Exteriors again in a heartbeat.

Follow up to my previous review. Owner came out and fixed everything; including some things that were on us and not them. Really appreciate the great service. They went above and beyond - we will use them again.

Randy and his team were excellent to work with. The replacement windows are as good as they promised. The installation by Eric was professionally done, and they also replaced all the wood around the windows (and other areas) with hardy board before pressure washing and re-painting all the exterior non-brick surfaces. Replacement windows can be purchased from many companies, but Crown Exteriors' installation/labor/painter makes the difference. We will be contacting Crown Exteriors in the future to replace the back deck as we are so very happy with their work.

We first used Crown Exteriors 2 years ago to repair some wood siding and do external painting. We were very happy with the end result that we decided to use them again when we needed windows replaced now. They are reliable and do what they say they will. In addition, they are reasonably priced and just do great work for the cost. Would use them again if we have another need arise.

I would highly recommend Crown Exteriors. We had a lot of rotten wood and siding that needed to be replaced on our house. Andreas and Jorge did excellent carpentry work and painting. We also did two colors of paint with two coats each. It was a big job. We are so happy and pleased with the results.

I've worked with Crown Exteriors twice over the last three years, both times due to storm damage in the Plano area. Randy and his team were great! I received estimates/bids within 48-72 hours of calling, and the work started within 7-10 days. My first job was a little bigger which took about 1-2 days and the other job was minor in nature that took 1-1.5 hours to complete. Randy and staff were quick to respond via e-mail or phone and they were always on time. Glad I found a reliable siding company that offers a great price and service to match!

Mr. Griffin responded promptly to my request for a quote and inspected all of the areas needing repair. He gave me a detailed quote before he left. I interviewed two other contractors, but Mr. Griffin's quote on the work to be done was the most comprehensive and the quoted cost was reasonable. He told me that he wouldn't be able to start the job for a couple of weeks which was fine with me. In two weeks, he contacted me to set up a date to do the work. Unfortunately, it rained on the first and second dates that were acceptable; but he and his crew arrived on schedule on the 3rd day. His crew was competent and professional. They answered any questions I had and completed the work that day to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mr. Griffin and his company and would hire his company again to do any similar work.

I was extremely pleased with everything. Randy came out to give me a bid - he was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done. After accepting the bid he scheduled the work and the team arrived as scheduled. They worked diligently and completed everything as promised including painting all new surfaces. They left the site neat and clean and the new area looks like it was original to the house. This is a trustworthy group - I would definitley hire them again.

Eric was the carpenter who performed the work. It turned out to be much more difficult than expected. The old wood had to be removed carefully to avoid damaging the brick and there were a number of other complications. Eric is highly experienced in construction and clearly understood what needed to be done, he was patient and professional and didn't try to rush through. I think it was suppose to take 2 days and took 5-6 days instead. I felt very reassured by Eric's attitude and his high standards of workmanship.

Good job performance. Quite satisfied.

Randy and his crew did a great job. I was trying to install a security system and needed to access the space behind the siding. His crew accommodated my needs, and worked around me. They stripped off part of the siding and then worked on another section while I ran cable in the gaps. They replaced all of the siding and painted it. Looks great.

This was second time I have called on them and again they did an outstanding job. They are my go to guys for siding repair. They go above and beyond with excellent service.

We were blessed to discover Crown Exteriors from good reports on Angie's List. We were so pleased that we hired them - they exceeded our expectations (btw, we own a small business and know the value of quality work and great customer service). The painters were top-notch professionals who arrived on time, worked hard all day (through summer heat), and were courteous in all interactions. From start to finish, they were thorough, meticulous, skillful and painted with pride in their work. We highly recommend Crown Exteriors - you will not be disappointed!

Work went very well, they where always here on time and made good progress each day. When something unexpected happened as they always do they make every effort to make it right. They want the customer to be happy and satisfied with the work.

Unfortunately the answering service didn't identify themselves, so I thought I was talking to an employee. When Crown got back from their family emergency, they saw my original review about the answering service. They call me the same day and politely and rationally explained what had happened. The lady i spoke with sounded very professional and vowed never to use that answering service again. Based on that experience and the other reviews here on Angie's List, I'll definitely call them for a quote next time I need work.

Looks great - color match on paint is about perfect, just in time for rainy season and we don't have any worries about leaks now.

Randy worked with us to get us the product and colors that we wanted at a price we could afford. He let us know about the construction that would be needed to support the new siding and soffits. He gave us the confidence that he knew his business and would do a good job for us. His crews were professional and friendly. My dog liked the foreman, Eric. That says a lot. They did several extras while they were here at no charge. When hail hit the new steel doors and caused minor dents, they repaired the dents and repainted at no extra charge. I asked for an extra piece of trim at the top of my chimney to make it look finished and they didn't argue with me about it. Eric even fixed a closet door for us while he was here and that had nothing to do with the job. It took 3 minutes, but it meant a lot to me. We have already contracted to have Randy's son, Brandon install new gutters. And we are taking Randy's recommendation on a fence contractor. These are good people who do good work.

Randy's crew were great. showed up at an adequate time, got right to work and were fast with quality work performed. We had one side of our sun room addition wall replaced with new hardy board and they replaced other pieces that were rotted due to weather. They replaced two sides of the rooms fascia and soffits and put new trim at the windows, doors, corners and base of the exterior walls. They sealed everything, pressure washed, primed and painted.

Carpenters were excellent. Overall great job. A few little glitches were fixed promptly when brought to the owners attention. Great attention to detail. Would definately hire again.

It was not good. They sent out people who were not experience in this kind of job. The overall project was not a very pleasant experience, I would not recommend or use them again. They did finish the job, but it was not quality work during the project. We had to contact and have the contractor in charge back out to make it right and provide quality craftsmanship to the exterior of our home.

The estimate said that it would take two days with a two man crew. They actually sent a three man crew and completed the job in a day. They went out of their way to work with our schedule as we needed the repairs completed soon for insurance purposes. They did a great job. They did nick a cable wire, but they told us about it, fixed it, and told us to let them know if we have any problems with it in the future and they would come back out to correct it. They did miss a small section with paint, but we have contacted them and I'm confident that, too, will be taken care of. I couldn't be more pleased with Crown Exteriors. I would highly recommend them.

Came out and gave me a quote for a siding job. Very nice guy. He gave me quotes for both HARDIE Board and Vinyl siding. They offered to do quite a bit more stuff to our house "labor free". I will be super honest Crown came in a very close 2nd for our job. I will be recommending them to my friends that are dead set on HARDIE for their houses.
