The job was completed on time and everything looks good. I had a issue where there was a gap between the fascia and the brick. Randy sent one of his guys out right away and he did a great job of fixing it. They are very responsive.

Randy Griffin the owner was who we spoke with. We wanted a high quality vinyl siding with the insulation attached to the back and we wanted a certain color. As it turned out these where 2 things that was hard to find in Texas but Randy did finally find it. After the work started they where really good to work with. Sometimes we would have questions or wanted something done a little different but most of the time they would ask us our preference on something or they would recommend doing something a different way. Which was exactly what we where wanting because we wanted some professional opinions and they provided that and I will say that all of there suggestion really worked out nicely. The siding job they did was amazing, the detail, cuts and the fitting was more then I could ever have hoped for. It's expensive to replace siding and you want to make sure your get good results from the work being done. We live on a hill with very little to break the wind so when rain comes it blows with a lot of force so we where concerned that after the siding was replaced we would get water leaks and we have gone through those and we have not had one leak. Crown exteriors will not let you down they did a fantastic job on the siding and doors. They take their time and do the job right the first time. You will not go wrong with this Company.

Randy provided a very thorough, comprehensive estimate. We chose him because he came in $3000 under two other estimates and because we got a really good feeling from him. The work began on time. We lost one day due to rain. Workers were very friendly and professional. They took care of a couple of concerns we had when the job was done. Randy ensure we were pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up pretty well (one sawdust pile in the backyard and some siding bits we're still finding). The only concern was a lack of communication on a couple of occasions. I had asked to be notified when they were done at the end of each day, so I could let my dogs out. That didn't always happen. One day I was told they would be done with all the repairs by the end of the day. After the last worker left, I noticed several things not done. I called Randy who let me know that they had run out of materials and would finish in the morning. This was perfectly acceptable, but did lead to about 5 minutes of panic when we thought they were done. I would hire them again to do any of my exterior work. They're professional and reasonably priced.

He came out and gave me a quote. His pricing was good and everything was good. He was honest and he could not do the job. I wanted an artisan siding and he said he couldn't do it. He was professional and had all the samples. He came twice.

It went exactly as quoted. It was done on schedule and the workers arrived when they were supposed to. Everyone was professional and they cleaned up the job very good when done.

They were fabulous and more than wonderful in every way. I'm pretty hard to work with and they were just amazing in every aspect.

Everything was done perfectly. I am not easily impressed but was very impressed with the results. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time I have used crown exteriors and I can't say enough about their service. I have been dealing with Randy on doors. Each time he has come out and assessed my situation he has been punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to have this company work on your home. I have not received my bill for this last trip so I can't give you a figure because of material but I am expecting around $200.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience from Crown Exteriors. I dealt with Randy who was on time and the communication for my project was excellent. He performed work on 2 doors that needed repaired and some roof work that was needed. He did his best to keep my cost down at the same time resolving the issues I had. Do not hesitate to use this company you can't go wrong. The price was reasonable.

Brandon worked around my schedule and bid was very reasonable. His crew did a great job.

If I had to say anything bad about these guys, it would only be that I can't use them in the future because I'm moving away. From the very first phone call to schedule an estimate until the last man drove away, they have all, to a man, been absolute models of professionalism, friendliness, and above all, dedication to their customer's satisfaction. They clean up everything at the end of the day's work, which is something a lot of tradesmen don't bother with. We wouldn't have known anybody had been on the site if we didn't see the result. Randy, the owner, jumps if there is a question about something. We have had extensive renovations and remodels in the past, with mixed experiences, and we place Randy and his men right at the top.

Crown came in and replaced the wood siding on the side of the house where all the boards were cracked and they were stained because the air conditioner had settled and was draining from its secondary pan. Because the water would sit in the secondary pan due to the house settling(I've had the air conditioners in the attic adjusted prior to Crown's siding work), it would drip on the siding and over time stained the siding. Crown came out on time and finished the job on time and within the estimate they provided. The paint job was flawless! I thought it looked really good, but the kicker was that, when my wife came home and saw it, she was like, "they really did a good job". Great going Crown, you made the wife very pleased with the work, as well as doing the job within budget for me. I would hire you again in a heart beat!!!!

Randy Griffin did the initial estimate and identified several items that other companies overlooked. His proposal was mid-range in cost of the proposals received and the scope of work was better. He explained the proposed work clearly and answered all our questions promptly (including pictures when I had problems figuring out one of his recommendations). They started work slightly ahead of schedule and completed on schedule. The crew was hard-working and the workmanship was excellent. Prep work is critical on painting, and it was done very well. We had no overspray or drip problems from the painting. Both carpentry and painting teams went beyond scope several times to fix something. Daily and end of job cleanup was good. This was our first experience with Crown. The overall experience was excellent and the work was of high quality.

It went well with Crown Exteriors. The main thing I liked was the guy that actually did the work. He was very good, conscientious, meticulous and he did a very good job. They cleaned up their mess and seemed very knowledgeable. I chose Crown Exteriors because there are not many people that do that. Putting on cedar shingles is kind of a lost art. They're not used on roofs anymore. In this case, it was put on the side of our house, not the roof. The house was built that way, it's a little over 50-years-old and the shingles that were up there had just worn out.

I can't enough positive things about Crown Exteriors and Randy. He was extremely responsive from the beginning, and provided a quote when he said he would. Having experienced other companies lack of a swift response or quote, it was a treat! When he came to take a look at the work I needed done, he was extremely thorough and even uncovered a couple of spots that needed new siding that I couldn't see from the ground. He didn't try to sell me on replacing all of the gutters, or siding, and we agreed on what needed attention. He was up front that he is not an expert in skylights and that after his roofing guys looked at it I may need to call in a specialist. It wasn't necessary as the roofers were able to fix it easily! He got started on the project when he said he would, and wasn't trying to rush his crew through shoddy work. The carpenters, gutter guys, and roofer were in and out faster than I had imagined, and the work is 1st rate. The painter took his time with the prep and was extremely thorough which I appreciated. He make sure to bondo areas where needed, sanded, taped, etc. so it would look good as new. It does! He has a very friendly, professional and English-speaking crew. The work is great! I am so happy to have a new looking home again. Thanks Randy, and I will definitely be calling you again!

Crown Exteriors was a referral from the contractor who was doing our home remodel. After an initial phone conversation to understand what I was looking for, Brandon from Crown came out and did the estimate. I couldn't be there to meet him so I gave him the combo to the backyard gate and he even remembered to lock it when he was done. (Trust me, this isn't common!) He provided 2 options for the gutters (fix existing or replace with new) and told me enough to let me make an informed decision. He even looked for ways to save me money by recognizing the existing downspouts were fine and didn't need to be replaced. Ultimately, Crown was the lowest bidder and, with the referral in mind, I selected them to do the work. The actual work had to be delayed a couple times due to weather and Brandon kept me informed of the revised schedule each time. (For once, I didn't have to guess what a contractor was doing!) When the guys came to do the work, they got to it and got it done. No standing around, goofing off, etc. The gutters look great and work now. Very happy I used them and would definitely recommend them for gutter repair/replacement and adding screens. They didn't tear up the landscaping around the house and picked up as much debris as they could see. Good estimator/sales person and good work crew!

They arrived when they said they would, did meticulous work, cleaned up after themselves, left now mess and took whatever time was necessary to do the job right. They had to replace one downspout that another contractor had damaged when adding a new drain, but Crown wasn't satisfied with the job the contractor had done positioning the drain, so the dug up part of the drain and set it correctly so that it lined up properly with the downspout at no added charge. Of all the contractors I have worked with lately, these are definitely the best.

He was prompt and gave an estimate on the spot; he gave me a printed estimate a few days later.

They were really easy to work with and did a good job. They actually had to come out to the house several times for different things and they always were good about it and quick.

Randy stayed in touch throughout the project and was very involved. I was always able to reach him with any questions.

I can't say enough good things about them. They were wonderful. Our experience with them was very positive. We really liked them. They did real quality work. When they ran into an obstacle, they came up with a good solution. They are just good to work with. Once they got started, I would give them an A but they were about a month later getting started from the date they were set. I don't want to mark them down. I would rather have a contractor that shows up a month later and does the work well than have one squeeze me in when he doesn't really have the time to do their job right. We moved away and the houses we are looking to buy has to have some Crown Exterior work done and if he is willing to come to New Hampshire, we will fly him here.

The estimate was reasonable; the sales guy they sent professional. It took a bit longer to begin the work than I had anticipated (Anticipated Tuesday start, work began Wednesday.) The men they sent to perform the work were completely professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard, and they were able to finish the project quickly. I am 100% satisfied with Crown. I would use them again, and I have already recommended them to my sister.
