+ -1 moreHe is awesome. He came out that day - I have a variable speed fan. He figured out exactly what it was. He knew that they had 5 year warranties and encouraged me to find my paperwork. I did and he took the fan out to see if they would honor the warranty which they did. He took the damaged one out and took it to the company and put the new part in.
Description of Work: My air went out in June.
