They had a lot of choices to choose from. I liked their employees, they were helpful and friendly. They were on time and they cleaned up their mess. They came out to measure and they did my whole house in 2 days. I would definitely give them a 10 and I would have them back.

Their prices are great. They installers were fabulous. They did not clean up normally as well as they did the first time though, but that was my compliant.

That service turned out fine. They had a very good price. The installation took one day.

The first was kitchen and bath countertops done by KAT Fabricators. The price and work performed and quality of product e were the best found and done in a professional and completely top of the line manner. The second job was the installation of quality tile in our kitchen that resembled a wood product. The product and installation were exceptional. The third job was replacement of all the carpet in our house. All work was done by professionals with great attention to detail and professionalism. Carpet Outlets had the best price, best service, friendliest personnel and ease in selecting the right products for our home. Would love to use them again and highly recommend their services.

Carpet Outlets of Texas was phenomenal! After contacting 9 different companies, Carpet Outlets of Texas not only provided me exceptional service they were significantly lower on their quotes than any other company. Tina was absolutely delightful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Gustavo and his crew did an exceptional job on the tiling, my only complaint was the caulking which they fixed the next day. Elias and his crew installed the carpet. Wow! Impressive on how well they worked together. The carpet is beautiful and I could not be happier. My kitchen is the last to be tiled and I plan on having them back this year. They were very helpful with my selection of wood floors and carpet. Service was performed on the target date, and the workers did an excellent job. We all read reviews about companies that are difficult to work with, but rarely does one talk about difficult customers and how company's respond to them. Well, I'm one of those difficult customers. About a year ago carpet outlets came out to measure/quote replacement of our upstairs carpet. They were professional, answered all our questions, and the quote was extremely competitive. Tina was assigned to work with us after the quote process, and the first thing I'll say is she is incredibly patient! It took us about 8 months to decide on the color, we ordered it through Tina - but then a few weeks later we changed our mind and cancelled the order. Tina was extremely professional and understanding, and worked with us for a few more weeks as we decided on a color. The challenge was it was not a standard color for the style we wanted, so we asked about getting a custom dye. Again Tina went to work for us, and a few days later we received confirmation that a custom dye could be provided. Before the full order was placed, and to make sure we would not change our minds again, Tina had the carpet manufacturer send us a sample of the custom dye color on a piece of carpet, and it was perfect. We went ahead with the order, and a few weeks later our new carpet arrived. The installation crew were the best I've ever worked with. Extreme attention to detail, courteous and very careful not to damage any trim (not even a scratch!) as well as keeping our home clean. The job completed on schedule and everything looks fantastic! Thank you Tina and everyone at Carpet outlets of Texas for your patience, excellent work, and support. Can't think of a company - and people - I would more highly recommend.

Marty and the team at the store are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and beat most prices out there. The installation crew worked hard and did a nice job. The only place I will buy carpet from in the future.

From the first communication to get someone out to get measurements, to the final installation, everything was wonderful! The gentleman who came out and took measurements was great. The showroom experience was wonderful, no pressure to upgrade anything more than what we were looking for and more than happy to stay within out budget and give us the best value for our money.The installers were on-time, very professional and really took and showed care to our home. This was a great experience with a great company.

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Carpets Outlet of Texas. I shopped around and found their price quote for the same hardwood brand & finish to be the lowest. More importantly there was no pressure to make the sale and I felt comfortable going to their shop multiple times before deciding to go with them. Not once during the deciding process did they call me to check if I had made a decision as they were very confident about their price quote. Installers came on time every day and work went very smooth and I'm very happy with their work and will definitely do business with them on future projects.

We had carpet replaced in a large living area and one bedroom. We had a flood from the washing machine so we needed carpet that would match or closely match the rest of the house. Prices are great. The selection is very good and the salesman at the store was very helpful. We got an upgraded carpet pad because we are Angies list members-- that was one of the deals they had at the time-- and we were so pleased with that. We also had an unusual request (to do with the install) that they were able to accommodate. We will use them again if we need new flooring.

Excellent. The look and feel of the carpet is excellent and the workmanship was also excellent. We have received several compliments on the material. The pad thickness is perfect and the carpet is a joy to walk on. Workers showed up on time and were responsive to our punch list items to ensure that the finish was smooth.

They were very quick to respond and were extremely nice. The owner came out to my home with samples so I could replace the carpet in my home since we were putting it up for sale. Turnaround was very quick and the three gentlemen who installed it were also very nice and efficient. I heard one of them even tell the others to work in another room because my baby was sleeping- so thoughtful! I would definitely use their services again.

We are so pleased with the softness and quality of the carpet we purchased from Oscar Morales. He was such a help, my husband was interested in a less expensive brand, I was interested in a softer more expensive brand. Oscar found something in the middle that was priced better and still soft and a great quality carpet. We love stepping on it and feel completely satisfied.

We were in a hurry - listing our house, needed to replace the home office carpet and install carpet in the MBR. They gave us great advice on what to use in each room (big thanks to Brenda for the office and Tina for the MBR!), and hustled to get everything installed before the house photographer showed up. The home office install was on Thursday because that carpet was in stock -- and they had the crew prep the MBR as well that afternoon, so that the MBR carpet could be installed in a hurry the next morning, as soon as it arrived on the truck from Houston. Photographer was coming at 1 p.m. Friday so the schedule was super-tight but they made it happen! The crew finished installing about 10:45 Friday morning, we put the furniture back ourselves (our choice) and the photos look fantastic. Crew was professional, efficient and left the place nice and clean. No baseboard or wall dings at all. Great work all around, from the time we first visited the store to the final install. They folks are fantastic and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were amazing and did an amazing job. The price was great and their workmen were wonderful. My husband became ill and we had to push the work out a day or two. He called them that morning when he became ill and they rescheduled everyone to come out the next day. They were wonderful.

A man brought the laminate to a few days before installation for the flooring to become acclimated. Then a crew of 3 came one day a installed the flooring. They were polite and efficient.

Carpet Outlets has installed both wood and tile flooring for us. The most recent was porcelain tile flooring. Asalways, the job went perfectly. When I initially went into the Mesquite store to choose the tile, they didn't have anything in stock that was what we wanted. Marty (the owner) directed me to one of the manufacturer's showrooms where I found the perfect tile. Marty then priced the tile for me and had his representative drop off some sample tiles to the Carpet Outlets store. We were allowed to bring the samples home and view them in our rooms. After we made our final decision, Marty and his team helped us to choose the perfect grout. Our tile was ordered from the manufacturer and the installation was scheduled within a day or two. The removal of our old flooring and the installation of the new flooring was executed flawlessly. Work was completed in April and we are still very happy with our flooring. I would highly recommend Carpet Outlets of Mesquite to anyone who is planning to install wood, tile or carpet in their home.

Could not be happier with the job and level of service provided. They completed hardwoods and carpets on 1 week time. Very clean and very professional.

We had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms, media room, and staircase. They then installed engineered hand scraped maple hardwoods in the living room, dining room, den and study. Hallways and closets as well. Price included tear out of all flooring, carpet, tile and laminate floors. Installation went very well, no problems. All crews were on time and professional. We would definitely use them again. They guarantee the lowest price!

Their prices were in line with other companies. I went to their showroom a few times looking over the selection while trying to make up my mind and they were very helpful. One technician came for the work and he arrived on time. He was able to install and complete the job all by himself. It was a good job and everything was lined up. The vinyl in the kitchen looked like wood and he spaced it very nicely. The vinyl in the bathroom looked like stone. Everything turned out very well.

Carpeted two rooms, closets included. I went to Carpet Outlets of TX after going to two other places for quotes. It took about a week after everything was confirmed for them to come out. They came out moved all the big furniture and were done in just a few hours. The carpet still looks great. There is a small issue with the seam around the bathroom door that I need to contact them about so I will update afterwards with was said. UPDATE: I spoke to Oscar about the seam coming up and he said they would fix it immediately. The next day they were at my house fixing it and now the seam is very sturdy. I had 0 problem getting it repaired, which I knew I wouldn't. Oscar is great and will work hard to please his customers. I absolutely recommend this company, especially the Red Oak location.
