Description of Work: Amazing service from start to finish. Bruce came and gave us a very honest and good evaluation after our water damage on our wood floors. Once we signed the contract the workers were there promptly, did the project in about a week's time and cleaned up daily. I would recommend this company's service as excellent.

Description of Work: We never actually had them come do our floors since we did them on our own. |However, they were very professional and pleasant showing us many different options, carpet, hardwoods and tiles. COOTX reviews about insulation were the highest of any one else we investigated, which was very important to us, but their cost was too much for us at the time.

Description of Work: We purchased new laminate flooring for 3 rooms in our house, which they also installed. We went to Carpet Outlets because they had installed flooring for us before and we were very pleased with their work. This install was similar, however, the installers were different and although they did a good job, the attention to detail and clean up wasn't quite as good as it was with the first job. I would however, and in fact have, recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreI WAS GIVEN THIS COMPANY'S NAME FROM A NEIGHBOR WHO HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. MY ORIGINAL PREFERENCE WAS TO HAVE BURGUNDY CARPET BUT THE MAN WAS VERY NICE TO TELL ME THAT DARK CARPET WOULD MAKE MY HOUSE LOOK VERY SMALL AND DARK. HE TOLD ME THE NEXT SHADE THAT WOULD FIT MY HOUSE WAS GRAY CARPET. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET WHICH LOOKED GREAT. THE MEN WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE AND ASSISSTED ME WITH ALL MY FURNITURE MOVES. GREAT COMPANY.

+ 0 moreMARTY GELINO IS WONDERFUL. HE DOES THE ESTIMATES. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE IS THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS COMPANY. HE GETS AN A+ HOWEVER, INSTALLERS DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. THEY HAULED OLD CARPET AWAY, AS PROMISED. THEY DID NOT VACUUM UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO VACUUM. AFTER THEY LEFT, I DISCOVERED, THEY HAD DUMPED UNUSED GROUT INTO MY FLOWER BED. ON THE UPSIDE, THEY WERE INCREDIBLY FAST. JOB WAS DONE IN ONE DAY.
