They are fantastic. They have great customer service and they are flexible in their scheduling. They are not comprising anything in terms of their level of services with their pricing. I really like their prices.

They were very responsive and quick to come out to my home. They were very professional. It took about one day to install everything. This was my first time using them.

The quality and workman ship was great. They were very interested in our needs and wants throughout the project. They took time with us on our decisions. It took them about two and half days to complete the work with about two men to do. I have done business with them for years and I really like their service.

They installed the wrong color and gave it to me at no cost.

Price was least expensive of several quotes. The main installer, Gustavo, was professional and courteous. The only negative was it was a big job and only 2 installers were assigned to it so it took 4 very long days to complete. Would have like to have had them come at around 8 am and work till 6 pm instead of 9 am to 7-8 pm. The end result is a beautiful floor (tile that looks like wood).

We went to the store based on Angie's list reviews. We looked at other places but when we met Marty, we knew this was the place. He was not what you would expect from a salesperson. He was honest and told us about all the tricks that other places use such as rebranding carpet. He taught us about the different kinds of carpets and helped us make an informed decision. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive carpet, he didn't have to (my wife went directly to it when she walked in the door). If the price of $1,125 seems high to you for a 13 x 14 room that's because it is pretty much the best carpet there is. Mohawk SmartStrand Silk Carpet is what we got and it feels AMAZING. Can't say enough good thing about this place. Marty, Tina and Bruce were all very friendly and made us feel like valued customers. The installation went well and the installer showed up on time. It only took one person and he did the job very quickly. Very satisfied with the work and I can't see the seams. I made it very clear to Marty that I did not want to see seams since I purchase a 12 ft roll of carpet and pieces would have to be joined together. He stated that the installers are very experienced and that it will look great. It did and I couldn't ask for a better installation.

We purchased a 70's townhome that needed all new flooring! I paid for Angie's List, contacted and visited several places searching for carpet and flooring. Once we met Marty, listened to his knowledge of flooring, and his pricing we were sold! At first we were just going to replace the carpet, but after a floor person told us our parquet couldn't be saved, we went back to Marty and added laminate floors, plus I wanted nice wide baseboards to make my living room look fabulous! Our bathroom is very small, and there is a minimum labor charge for installers so it just didn't cost out to have them install our bath tile, but Marty was able to help us pick a really nice one so we purchased it from him too. Everything has been wonderful working with Marty and his wife Tina! Everything went as planned, on schedule (finished before we moved in the furniture) and priced right! Thank you guys for everything!!! If we ever need anything we will be back, and also tell all our friends! Feb 24, 2014: Update: we purchased the Mohawk Famous Fair carpet, its been 6 mos. and its full of stains. As a matter of fact, I've lived in apartments, had 2 kids and dogs and never had this much problems with a carpet. I don't know what it is, every time I turn around theres a spot of something. I'm constantly spot cleaning and vacuuming and they still won't come up. Don't buy this brand. I'm regretting the money we just spent 6 MONTHS ago and I'm wanting to pull the whole thing up. The warranty says to have it professionally cleaned every 18mos. I have not had it cleaned yet, but if after that if all this does not come up I will update.

First off, my daughter and I visited the showroom to browse carpeting for her newly purchased condo. My daughter had an idea of the kind of carpeting she wanted but needed a bit more narrowing down to fit her price range and color choice. Tina was exceptional in helping her to find just the right texture carpet and focused on what she could afford. We would have been wandering around all day if it hadn't been for Tina's help. The next business day, Marty came out and measured the two bedrooms and the price that Tina had quoted was spot-on (there are no hidden fees, you get a firm estimate right from the start). After returning to the office, Tina and Marty discovered that by adding a couple of seams we could save an additional $200, which we agreed to gladly! Who would mind an estimate being reduced to less than expected?!! It only took another two days to get the carpet in from California and within the same week as our purchase, the carpet was installed. Tina kept me informed of the times we could expect the installers and the workmen arrived as scheduled. They only took about two hours to remove all the old carpeting and install the new pad and carpet, followed by vacuuming. It was pretty effortless on our part and I can't imagine a better running operation as we found with Carpet Outlets of Texas. The carpet looks great and the seams are not noticeable. Tina and Marty are friendly, personable and willing to do business with you as if you were their good friends. You feel like a valued customer and we are sure that we will be back if we need any further carpet, tile or flooring jobs.

We wanted new carpet installed in our entire house and after getting quotes from big box stores, we came to Carpet Outlets.Marty was very helpful and explained to us the different types of carpet and pads in stock and helped us find the carpet that best suited us. Carpet Outlet beat other quotes without even knowing the competitions price. Bruce came out and measured and was very prompt and courteous. He also explained to use what he was measuring and how he came up with the numbers. The men who came to install were quick and efficient and did an excellent job. I have read so many horror stories about carpet install and I am happy to say we didn't have one issue! The men who work for this company are not contracted out and are very experienced. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Upon initial contact with provider I was told this was their "busy season" but they could meet with my wife and I on 7/31/2013. I had to take off work early to accomodate their time frame. I had already told them what type of carpet I wanted and even the make of the carpet pad I wanted along with approx. sq footage of the house. Date and time of appointment no one showed up and no one called. I called their main line and left a message in their general voice mail box telling them I had been stood up. 4+ days is sufficient time to respond and so far no call backs on any of the 3 numbers provided to them. Since no work was performed I cannot rate their quality of service. However I think it's important for people to know if there is the possibility of being no-called/no-showed. To me, in this age of communication, there is no reason someone can't pick up a phone and let a customer know they can't make an appointment.

Everything went beautiful! Both Bruce and Tina were very patient and so helpful as we tried to make choices on flooring and carpet, and their suggestions were excellent. We really appreciate all the help and all the answers to our questions. The price was great! The installers were very, very good and so nice. We basically replaced all the flooring in the house (except the kitchen - that's up next!) and they were great with moving furniture and working around us as we moved things from room to room. They did a professional job and everything was clean and tidy when they left. I am so pleased with everything. It has totally transformed our house. I can't say enough good things about this company! We started our search by going to the showroom in Mesquite and visiting with Marty who helped educate us on our flooring needs. We set up an appointment for someone to come measure our home. Bruce came a few days later and also helped us talk through some ideas while he was at our home. We then went back to the showroom to discuss our order and pricing. Initially we were just going to replace our linoleum in kitchen & baths with ceramic tile and replace the carpet that was everywhere else. However, once we started looking at pricing we decided to look at our options with laminate & hardwood. After Marty gave us several options and NO pressure we realized that laminate or hardwood would be an option. We were able to make some tentative decisions and Marty let us take some samples home to make sure we were comfortable. After looking at our budget and the slight increase of hardwood over laminate we decided to go with the hardwood. I called Marty back & confirmed our order and after he took my payment we setup installation for the next week. Install initially was going to be 5 days and they finished everything in 4. The crews were very courteous and worked hard to get everything done in a swift manner without sacrificing quality. One of the ways I know you can trust a company is what happens when things don't go exactly as planned and that is what we found next. We assumed the quarter round molding on the baseboards would match the floor but when we saw the baseboards they were white. However they did not not match the white of the baseboards we had just had painted. We called and left Tina a message after hours and she returned our phone call first thing the next morning when she got it. She apologized for it not being perfect and reassured us they would make everything right. A few days later Tina sent a crew to repaint our baseboards throughout the house. This is one of the few companies that will actually stand behind the the work they do and when it is not perfect - they will make sure it is. I was very impressed. Our floors look incredible and it has totally changed the look of our home. We would HIGHLY recommend working with Bruce, Marty & Tina at Carpet Outlets of Texas. We will be back when we have any other needs to replace carpet or at a future residence.

I sent a request online to have someone from Carpet Outlets contact me regarding an estimate. Marty called soon after and he was very pleasant to deal with. He gave me a pretty good estimate over the phone as I had already paid a big box store to come out and take measurements. I decided to stop by the store during lunch to check out the carpet. It was decent but I was mostly concerned about the color. Marty assured me that the color is actually much lighter when it's in the bedroom. He was right. He knew I was an Angie's List member and upgraded the carpet pad without me having to ask. I went ahead and scheduled the install and paid for it. The total was about half the estimate I received from the big box store and they didn't charge extra to move any furniture. Tina, the manager called the morning of the install to let me know that the guys were on their way. They arrived a short time later and were in and out in about two hours. They were quick and efficient and most importantly neat and tidy. The carpet turned out great. I would highly recommend them.

This was a huge job due to damage from a shower pan leak in the bathroom. This job was done in 3 stages. The first, the bathroom remodel. The existing tile shower and floor was removed and the new tile was installed. I would like to say that it went smoothly, but when the demo on the shower began, they discovered that the bench in the shower was made completely of brick! Needless to say that part of the demo was quite messy and they had to build a proper bench. They also reinforced between the studs for the installation of the frame-less shower enclosure (which was installed by another company). It was one day of demo and 2 days of installation. They were very mindful to clean up at the end of each day and we were very pleased with the results! They were also about $800.00 cheaper than the next lowest bid on this job (same tile). The next stage was the master bedroom. I shopped a big box store and Carpet Outlets (pricing for the same product) and this time Carpet Outlets came in $1200.00 cheaper than big box. They were replacing carpet and an area of wood flooring this time and the results were beautiful! They have an eye for detail and they finish the job nicely - caulking and painting the shoe moulding for a seamless look with the baseboard. The last stage was quite the challenge, and again, they were the lowest bid by far. They had to remove the existing wood flooring since water damage was done to part of it and attempts to find a match to our existing floor were fruitless. They removed and replaced almost 900 square feet of flooring. Again, they did a wonderful job! They give the attention to detail that picky customers like me look for. I am very happy with our wood flooring and our new bathroom. Carpet Outlets of Texas has the best price by far and they have the best workmanship! The people are very nice to work with and very accommodating. If you know what flooring or tile you want, ask them for a quote. If you don't know what you want, you will definitely find something you like there! Yes, I will definitely use them again! Also, thank you Angie's List! I wouldn't have found them without you!!

They were prompt, efficient, neat & tidy. We encountered additional work due to some long ago termite damage (the house had been inspected, treated and reinspected on an annual basis for over 20 years without any sign of new infestation. They removed and replaced all the damaged wood (this damage was totally invisible until the shower was broken down to replace the wall boards, etc). They were very careful not to track dirt over my carpets, tear adjacent wallpaper or otherwise damage anything. They were very pleasant, called when they needed to come later on the 2nd day and were top-notch workers.

The installer arrived at the promised time promptly . Surveyed the area to be carpeted . Moved all the huge furniture with care . They explained the process , made sure we were comfortable and were very fast . There were a total of 3 guys and they split their work accordingly and were very efficient . At the end of the job , they made sure all the furniture was put back in the right spots . They also made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied .

We were treated very well and was not pressured into what we purchased. The two men who installed the laminate flooring were very professional and did an excellent job. We will need carpeting in the near future and we will buy it from Carpet Outlet of Texas.

We had gone to the box stores looking at carpet and had a good idea what we wanted. It turned out that the carpet we ended up choosing was better quality and less expensive than everything else we had seen. They were very knowledgeable about carpet and installation, it was obvious that they had lots of experience. There was no pressure to buy and we were left alone periodically so that we could look and decide without the sales person listening. Really a pleasant experience. Once we selected the carpet, they came out the next evening and measured the areas. Care was taken to make sure which way the grain (lay) of the carpet would go in relation to the windows. Once they received the carpet it was installed 3 days later on a Saturday. The carpet layers arrived on time and were very professional and personable. They moved the furniture (some very heavy), removed the old carpet and laid pad and carpet. They did a nice job cutting and fitting and took extra time lining up the pattern when they joined the carpet together. As an Angie's List member, we got a pad upgrade. While you are at the showroom, ask about their Green Egg special. I would recommend them without hesitation and when my wife decides to replace more perfectly good carpet, I will go back to them.

This experience was easy at every step. The response time was very quick for a quote and they even drove all the way to my house in Lewisville with samples and recommendations for my price range. The staff were very friendly and found a way to make the process simple at every turn. The installation crew for both jobs were clean, punctual, professional and friendly. When they worked they did so without unnecessary messes or disturbance to the rest of the home. The carpet crew took great care with my furniture as they moved it and did not even put a nick in any of my walls while moving the furniture to install the carpet. They worked very efficiently and finished the job in one day! I am very pleased with the experience and the recommended product that was installed. Big THANK YOU to Tina the office manager for all her help in getting things scheduled and her patience. I would highly recommend this company!

Everything went great. They were very professional and responsive to request for estimate. Bruce and Tina provided excellent customer service. They scheduled quickly, gave an excellent price, and the installation actually was done a day early. The installers stayed on task and even worked through lunch to complete the job. Cleanup was very nice!

They let me bring home larger samples of carpeting and keep it for several days which gave me more time to imagine how it would look in my house, in daylight and artificial light. I appreciated this very much. The installers were prompt and professional. Good prices, good people. A good company to work with, .

The staff in the store were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful; they even allowed me to take one of the large hard wood sample boards home to see how I would like it before I committed to buying anything. Every time somebody had to come to my house they would schedule a time with me, then call about a half-hour before the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Everybody was exactly on time and finished their job with proficiency. Lastly, there was no mess when they left. I WILL be using them again in the future.

It turned out fine. I would recommend them to others. They are good people.
