We paid them when work was complete, they were happy and we are enjoying our new floors.

Fantastic and quick service; great prices; down to earth people. We found them on Angie's list and could not be more pleased. Already contracted some flooring with them and our daughter in Fort Worth plans to use them in the future.

I did not do them online because I had some issues with the carpet, so I was holding it up until they could fix the problem. Finally they were able to resolve that for me. The installation was good. The crew was fast. They cleaned up well afterwards. It was just fixing the carpet in the room and it was just horribly obvious, I bet you could tell there was a seam. So, it took weeks me calling and calling the Bruce guy and he told me he was going to have somebody come out, but they did not. I called again and nothing, finally a guy came out and fixed it. You can still see it, but not like it was.

During the bidding process, Carpet Outlets of Texas was very professional, informative, and easy to work with. It was clear they knew their business and products. We looked at three companies before we picked Carpet Outlets. We liked all three and it was a tough choice. The work took about three days. The two guys who did the work arrived on time each day, did a very professional job, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, answered all the questions we had during the process, and the finished job was even better than we expected. We were very pleased with the entire process, the finished product and with Carpet Outlets.

They installed carpet in our new house. They were on time for the most part and they installed pretty quickly. | |We had trouble with the edges coming up between the tile and carpet. I had to call twice to get someone to call me back. The installers call the day that they wanted to come fix the carpet and gave me 40 min. warning. They said they got lost and could not come by that day. Then they just showed up and tried to blame the dogs for the issue (which they rarely spend time in that room). The issue was not only in that room as well. They fixed the issues but when I pointed out all the seams in the carpet that can be seen all over the house they said their was nothing they could do to fix that. We used Peeks before and I wished we would have used them again.

From the moment we entered the showroom until the finished job we knew we had chosen the right place to purchase our flooring. Tina, the saleslady was fantastic. She explained our choices of carpeting, advantages and disadvantages of brands as well as quality. Once we determined our price range the choice was easy with all the knowledge we now had thanks to Tina. She also helped us with the choice of laminate or wood flooring. They let us take home samples to make sure our choices suited us in our home. The following work day Marty came out to measure for the carpeting and flooring with great news of our miscalculations. We had measured incorrectly for the carpeting and we joyfully ended up spending less than we had originally thought. It took about a week for the carpeting to come in at which time the installers came and removed the old carpet and installed the new. They were on time, professional, communicated with us before working and cleaned up after themselves. They told us how to take care of the carpet, returned furniture to its proper place and never took a break. They were great. We had the same excellent experience with the laminate floor installers. They told us everything that needed to be done and did a beautiful job. We are more than pleased with the results and would recommend Carpet Outlets of Texas to anyone! We were very happy with the price also!

From the first to the last, this was a pleasurable and professional experience. The showroom is functional--not beautiful--but they've got all the kinds of carpet we would ever want to consider. Everybody with whom we interacted couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We chose a very good carpet and got a very fair deal, with a better pad thrown in because we mentioned Angie's List. Carpet installers arrived exactly when we were told they would, and, when they were done, we had to look hard to find the seams! They moved a lot of furniture without damaging any of it. In short, we'd happily go back to Carpet Outlets of Texas. They are as good as their word.

New carpet for the entire house. |Excellent sales representatives. They gave us a fair price for the product without fooling around with the bargaining foolishness. Other places played games with how much the product would be and what they would discount and played games calling supervisors. We received a high quality carpet, padding, and installation job. The installers were all prompt and courteous and were more than willing to accommodate our wishes and priorities. They moved furniture with no problems with damage and put things back where they went. We would highly recommend this company.

Came out and measured for carpeted areas. Removed old carpet, tacked down loose boards, installed pad and carpet. Excellent!

We were especially pleased with the two crews who came to our home to install the wood flooring and the carpet floor. Juan Morales was the crew leader of the wood floor and Jose was the leader of the carpet crew. You won't find anyone more polite and considerate of your home and your furnishings than these guys. When we first got into this project we were looking for a good price for excellent flooring. After we realized that we were going to have strange people in our home handling our possessions we began looking at the quality of the people in the business and price became a secondary issue. I don't know if we got the rock bottom lowest price but I know we got a very good price and most important we were served by some outstanding people.

We met with Marty in the store, and he gave us some good information about what was available, and sent us home with samples. He came to measure our rooms and gave us what we felt was a reasonable estimate for the work we wanted. This company takes pride in their Angie's List standing and strives to provide Angie's customers with good service. We did use our coupon on Angie's List for a free carpet pad upgrade. The crew who installed the wood floor did an excellent job. We have two stairs leading down into our den, and they spent some time creating a very attractive pattern for them. They attached felt pads to the legs of my furniture which would be located on the wood floor. They did a beautiful job in installing the wood floors. The crew who laid the carpet also did a nice job with the installation. I would have appreciated a better cleanup outside after the carpet installation, but we were very satisfied with our carpet installation. We feel that we are able to give this company a good recommendation, and we would certainly consider using them in the future for flooring needs.

We had a special situation because of other construction & painting people having to get in the house before our move-in .... The owner, Bruce Moreland, directed his folks to demo a floor & install the carpet in a short window of time .... we were very pleased with the r esponsiveness in our situation.

Replaced carpet in two areas. There was confusion with the billing, however the owner was very kind and resolved the problem quickly.

Installed new Hardwood Flooring in 2 bedrooms and 3 closets, and tore out flood damaged Hardwood flooring in Den and Dining rooms. |They were prompt, professional and we could not be more pleased with their service and quality of work and product. Their prices were the best in town.

The initial contact was good. When I spoke with the sales guy I was a little put off by his comment about the price and I wouldn't get it done for any less. I was suprised because I never mentioned having a problem with the price, I just wanted to make sure the grade of carpet was what I requested. Carpet Outlet outsources the installation and I was very pleased with the installers. They were quick, pleasant and cleaned up after they completed the work.

I can't say enough about how wonderful these people are. From the initial estimate, to the service at their location. Tina was so helpful and patient in dealing with our indecisiveness! The crews were professional, friendly, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Our new kitchen is beautiful! It couldn't have gone better. We will be installing hardwood floors soon, and will definitely be using them again.

Great, the estimate first given had a math error, but I was immediately contacted and the figures were explained and I was given opportunity to cancel if the corrected amount was not acceptable. The process was handled very professionally. The carpet was ordered and arrived as promised and the installment process went very smoothly. The installers were quick, quiet, and obviously experienced.

They did great work. There were two installers that worked all day, and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very professional. They hauled away the old carpet and pads for me. They were prompt for the appointment and I encountered no problems. I had failed to tell them about a closet downstairs that needed carpet. They were able to knock that out right away without any problems also.

I had great interaction with Marty, the salesman in the store. He allowed me take some of the materials to my home to allow me to make a decision easier. Everything went smoothly. I had outstanding experience with them. The project was finished about 2-3 days since the hardwood needed to be secured before starting the carpet. They have numerous and excellent products.
