Great consultation/estimate and was able to pull previous records from my purchase of my old home and consulted me on what would fit my budget and quality. Installation was good.

Carpet was installed when scheduled and I love my new carpet. I had a tight time frame of when I needed my carpet because movers were coming in a week and this companies made it happen. I appreciated Tina calling me before installers arrived.

Carpet outlets of Texas replaced carpet in four rooms with hardwood.. Three rooms of tile and all bed rooms with new carpet. They done a great job. Only problem I has with the workers was they showed up at 10.00am and wanted to work until late at night, Every thing went smooth.

From first visit, our experience was very pleasant. We made deposit and ordered carpet in mid Feb. and it was installed at the end of the month. Installers moved our furniture out of the way, installed the pad and carpet and were out of here! They were fast, clean and very efficient. No complaints. All good.

The whole crew was very attentive and professional throughout the whole process. Although they ran into an unforeseen problem, they made sure that it was resolved the same day of the install, and avoided having to come back another day. I was very happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future.

We had chosen our carpet and were seeking the best price and the best installation. Carpet Outlets saved us several thousand dollars, providing an identical product (Stainmaster). Their communication with us was very good; they were on time and did everything they said they would do. We highly recommend them. (Thanks to Angie's List for getting us to them in the first place! We received an extra discount that way.)

Everything went great--they did a great job! They actually found me my floor that has been out of stock here and had it shipped from another state. No other floor company would take the trouble to find it for me.

Removed old carpeting, laminate and linoleum flooring. Resurfaced floors for tiles and wooden floors. New carpeting was placed upstairs and stairway. All done very nicely. Store staff were professional, courteous and customer friendly. A company that is trustworthy and reliable.

Romero and his assistant arrived right on schedule. They were courteous, efficient, and careful. The project took about three days. Results were excellent and they also did a nice job cleaning up. Carpet Outlets of Texas is highly rated on Angie's List, and from this experience they deserve their rating.

It was a great experience, they did a good job. They were helpful with finding the right carpet, the installers were great, and I love my new carpet. I am just very pleased.

The owner of the the company helped us get the best pad available and select carpet that was a perfect fit with our hardwood floors and wall color The installation date was set promptly. The installers arrived as promised and were most professional. They worked quickly and the final result could only be described as a job well done.

It went well. I went in to the store, and at first I was quoted a more expensive price, but once Bruce (owner) came by the house, he was able to remeasure and I was charged much less. I feel that they are up front and honest, punctual, and very courteous. The guys that delivered and installed the carpet were also courteous, clean, and fast.

After researching and visiting a few local stores in McKinney, TX, I found the carpet that I wanted to be installed and decided to call Carpet Outlets of Texas for a price quote because of their great reviews. I was surprised as they beat the price of local competitors quotes. Entire process of signing the contract, installation, and post-installation were superb. Communication with Tina Gelino was excellent and all was done via email, which is my preference of communication. Installation was great and crew was professional, cautious, and very detail in their work. Overall, I highly recommend Carpet Outlets for their great customer service, products, and installation services.

I would have rated the services an "A" except the tile (12x24) was not as level as we felt it could have been upon completion. It was a glazed ceramic tile from Italy and we were told that there is always some "curving" that they try to make as level as possible by laying technique. However, on many tiles throughout the entire area, some ends were low and the other ends were high which we felt could have been better laid. The uneven tiles are not dramatic but you can tell when you step on the edge of one, especially when you don't have shoes on. It is hard to mop because the mop catches the higher edges. Also, when the light is going down, the uneven tile grout lines look "dirty" because the lines are more shaded due to the uneven height. Not knowing if this was "normal," we have been observant of other places with 12 x 24 tile and they don't seem as uneven as ours. Very disappointed in the tile installation which we had waited 20 yrs to do. Everything else was "A" service. To fix the problem would involve taking out all the tile and redoing which would be a nightmare considering we put in epoxy grout. If I had to do it over again, I would have ordered the 12 x 12 tile which is easier to level. The tile is beautiful but does not feel good when walking without shoes. On a better note, The wood looks very nice.

They were definitely willing to work with me on cost as much as possible. They were extremely punctual with everything like answering the phone and when they said they were going to arrive to do the install.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. We drove out a few times and worked with Brenda on selecting the right carpet and hardwood floors. They took into account our budget and lifestyle. We had them come out to measure and quote us on a few different configurations and styles. We landed on a style an price that worked for us and took it from there.The hardwood installers were first and took two days. Very courteous and professional. Carpet installers came the next afternoon and finished the job. We are tremendously happy with all aspects and will definitely use Carpet Outlets again. We shopped around and found that other suppliers would lure you in with a low material price and then nickel and dime you on the install. Carpet Outlets was upfront with all pricing and stuck to their cost quote. As a result, we couldn't be happier. Look forward to using them again soon!

I was all set however the property was sold 5 days before the carpet was to be installed. They were great and congratulated me on the sale of the house and would not accept a restocking fee they waived it I offered to pay it but they refused to take it. Now that is rare these day. This is the second time we've used them to install flooring and each time they have exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for top quality flooring at a reasonable price. We have an older house with plenty of quirks that didn't phase them at all. Just a great job all around. If you want the job done right, hire these guys!

It went well for the most party. Guys came in over two weekends to do everything. Only issue was they didn't order enough wood to finish the floors the first Saturday so they had to finish it the next week when they were coming in for the carpets.

Two separate crews came - one did the carpet & 1 did the laminate flooring. The carpet could've been better. It took them a week and a half to finish the whole project. When I called the company, the owner came and tried to appease me.

Owner and staff very patient/helpful/informative and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. We are so happy with our new floors!

Their price was by far the most competitive for the product we wanted (we had estimates from 2 additional companies). They were incredibly helpful in providing samples, guidance in selection, and answering all of my questions about the product. We emailed and talked over the phone over about a month's time. And I never once felt pressured. Scheduling the installation was easy and the installation crew was prompt and professional. We had a fairly major hiccup, however, the way the company handled it was so professional that I wouldn't score them any less on any of their ratings. The crew came out to install my carpet on a Friday. My husband was the one there when they arrived. By the time I arrived, 2 rooms had been completed. And I was not happy about the color. I kept checking my little sample, but because the sample and the real thing were so close, I thought that I had chosen a color too dark for my home. After the crew was finished, we asked them to confirm that the color name on the paperwork matched what I ordered. And they said yes it did. At this point, I just assumed that I had made a poor decision in color selection. Because all of those tiny beige squares of carpet samples start to look the same after a while! Saturday morning I received a call from Tina. She was incredibly apologetic and told me the crew installed the wrong carpet. I was actually elated, because I was so disappointed with how the carpet looked in my home. She offered to send the crew back to my house immediately.

He sounded like a total jerk. I would not use this company just for the sheer negative attitude he has. It really doesn't hurt your business to be nice to people.

Carpet Outlets of Texas was rated highly in Angie's List, so we visited their showroom in Mesquite. The staff was very helpful in explaining our options and prices, and helped us choose this vinyl plank flooring for our home. Gustavo and crew showed up at 10 am, and worked 10 hours straight (until 8 pm). I would have preferred that they start work about 8 am and finish earlier, but it was okay. The crew went right to work removing the old carpet and pad, and all the carpet tack strips. The next step was prepping the concrete slab for the new flooring. The crew filled in holes in the slab made by nail guns, and any cracks that existed (few if any). Next, they rolled out a vinyl vapor barrier and covered the entire floor spaces. The crew had set up shop in the garage, so all cutting by saw was done there, eliminating any dust indoors. (the vinyl planks had been delivered 48 hours in advance and stored in a hallway indoors, to acclimate to the environment). The crew installed the vinyl planks, covering all the floors beautifully. In the bathroom, the crew pulled the toilet from the floor and installed the vinyl under it (something not all installers do). Then the toilet was reset in place perfectly when done. The final task was installing quarter round trim where the vinyl butted against the wood trim next to the floor. Before installing the trim, the crew stained it to match the flooring color, and very carefully and neatly installed the trim. All the joints fit perfectly. I have another bedroom where we have removed the flooring, leaving bare concrete slab. We have leftover laminate flooring from my son's house, and I thought about having Gustavo's crew install it in this other bedroom. The crew was willing (and the company allows them to "freelance"), but we determined there was not enough material to cover the entire floor. So I plan to purchase the material myself, and Gustavo told me they would install it for about $250. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed, and with the entire experience with Carpet Outlets of Texas, Inc.

They were significantly lower in price than a couple of other bids I got, which concerned me at first, but they had such fantastic reviews on this site we decided to go with them. They originally told me the work would take 2 days, but I'll be darned if the three guys they sent worked their butts off and got the job done in a 13-hour day. It helped that I fed them breakfast and lunch so they didn't have to leave! fantastic work, fantastic quality, fantastic professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
