The experience was wonderful. We are very happy with the price. He was very knowledgeable. He was fast. He came out and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. There were no extra surprises or anything like that. He was very responsive and very professional.
Description of Work: Bug Bully did some termite treatment for us. It was just the spot treatment that they did.

The person who comes out is a very sweet guy. I believe he lives in Anna which is miles away from Grand Prairie, and he tries to make sure he has business on this side of town before he comes all the way out here. I haven?t had pest control done in a year. He called me about 4 months ago wanting to come out, and since I was having some work done in my house, I wasn?t ready for him. He is really good and I just love him. Termites are hard to get rid off and I don?t think exterminating them is cheap. I would rate him highly overall.
Description of Work: I use Bug Bully for pest control. The last time he was here was because I had a termite problem and he exterminated them both inside and outside the house. He took care of the pest for me. He came back a couple of months later to check the progress.

JIM IS THE OWNER, AND CAME AND SERVICED OUR HOUSE. HE IS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH TIMES HE IS AVAILABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS!
