We had a bee issue with abandoned honeycomb and holes in the eaves. Dakota our service technician and Dan the inspector did a great job, identified the issue and resolved it with great quality. Would definitely recommend Berrett based on this experience and will have them back when we have other needs they can help with

Jahkeem did a great job. He is thorough and respectful, and he helped me even though my pest problem required him to get on a ladder. He kind of went the extra mile to help me out. He is just really helpful and took care of my serious pest issues and I am very grateful for Berrett Pest Control.

I only write reviews if the service is stellar or so bad, I hate to see others waste their money. Sadly, Berrett is the latter. * FOGGED ENTIRE LAWN 1st VISIT ONLY. After that they'd fog 25% of lawn. How can u fog .5 acre & check In2Care traps in 5min? * NEVER CHECKED In2Care buckets, which went totally dry & mosquitoes returned with a vengeance * They NEVER REMEMBERED WHAT DAY OF THE MONTH my service was! They'd show up on the 28th, then the10th. * OVERBILLED ME 3x (in only 5mo). U have to be on autopay, so they deducted on the 21st & again 7dys later. The next month, they did it again! * They DON'T LISTEN. Ask them to fog the front yard...they fog the back. * Invoice falsely stated that they fogged both front & back yard, when my backyard was locked behind an 8ft wooden fence? * Got a question? They got as many different answers as the IRS. Berrett is a big company, that evidently has so much business, yours doesn't matter. At a $100/mo, u should be able to trust that it's being done & done right. But I literally had to track every date, payment, call 20x, & by the 3rd visit, had to follow the tech around, in 100° heat, just to ensure everything was done. Save yourself a lot of time, money, & hassle. Use a local company that needs & values your business NOTE: I was confused by all the positive reviews, but now I get it. Everytime they think they've resolved a problem...that u never should've had, they send u a link & ask for a positive review. I was sent the link 7x.

No communication. We have a rodent in our walls/attic and had them come out. They were on time and set up a plan to trap it. 3 part plan. Charged us $1200 upfront. Set a date for 2nd visit and no showed us, after I had taken off of work. Had to reschedule for another date. They came and check traps and block entry spots. Now for 3rd part to the process, had to call to see when they were going to come and we were not even on the schedule. They set us up to be seen on the 9th... today is the 1st! We started this process 3 weeks ago! Do NOT give them your $$ until work is completed. Or just avoid entirely.

April, the scheduler at Berrett who helped me, was able to re-schedule our initial appointment to our great satisfaction.

Customer service is very helpful and they’re quick to schedule. Technician calls ahead with ETA which is helpful. However, we’ve only seen moderate improvement after 2 months of treatment which included spraying twice and baiting 2-3 times. I’ll give them another month before my final review.

Guy came out, was very in-experienced Was supposed to be charged $150$ CHARGE came in @ $270$ I called bacK after very little success= &_HAVE not heard back!! This was, I believe early Friday~ MAYBE they’ll call MONDAY ???? we’ll see 🤞🏼 SC0TT

I HAD TO FIRE BERRETT PEST CONTROL! I have been a long-standing and loyal customer of Berrett Pest Control for years. For years, I've paid for their quarterly service and was recently appalled by their management's dishonesty and lack of integrity. I was due for service and asked tech to treat my yard for chiggers. I was informed that, that service was no longer a part of their standard service and I would have to pay an additional fee. I was OK with that and their operations manager call me to explain that fee for this "add-on" treatment would be $44. I agreed and he scheduled tech to return 2 days later. When the tech returned, I was informed the service fee would be $100! I told him no, the ops mgr called me personally and told me $44, to which I agreed. He said he was aware of that, but the office just informed him that the price is now $100. I told him NO, have the office call me immediately. I received a call from their office and explained the above. They checked with the ops mngr and said they are aware, but the price is $100 because it takes 2 visits for this type of treatment. I told her I didn't care what it took, I was only paying $44, as THEY quoted. I told her what they were attempting to do was the equivalent of a store having one price on a product, only to change the price at the register. I told her she couldn't do that; they needed to honor the price THEY quoted to me. She put me on hold to discuss the matter with the ops mngr and said the best he could do is offer me a $30 discount. I told her NOOOOO, I'm only paying $44 because that's what they quoted. I explained to her that if they made a mistake and misquoted me, that was a "they" problem, not a "consumer’s" problem. I went further and told her if they did not have the honesty and integrity to honor "their" quote, then I would terminate my relationship with them altogether because this was absolutely DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES on their part. Management's response was a weak apology but said they would have to stand on their price! I FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT AND TOLD THEIR TECH HE COULD LEAVE. THEIR OPERATIONS MANAGER IS LESS THAN SMART TO LOSE A LONG-STANDING CUSTOMER (THAT HAS BEEN PAYING $105 QUARTERLY FOR YEARS) AND OVER WHAT?!!! $100-$44=$56 (differential) / $56-$30(discount offer)=$16. $16.00!!!! WHAT A DUMMY! THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE LOSS OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER, FUTURE REVENUE, AND PUBLIC EMBARASSMENT. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!

A saleman came out to assess my mothers house as carpenter ants had been noted in the yard. I requested a one time treatment. The salesman agreed with the one time treatment and then kept sending me a contract for 12 months of ongoing service. This never got resolved after a few weeks. They said they would do the one time treatment but still needed the contract signed. Total waste of time. Would not recommend for folks looking for a one time treatment. Seems like a bad way to do business.

I’ve used Barrett for years. They come periodically and once in a while between normal visits if anything is not under control. I recommend them!

They are always very professional. We live in the country so there are a lot of nasty bugs. Since they have been coming out, very few are seen.
