Ronald was absolutely amazing! He was professional and provided additional information regarding my quarterly services that I was unaware of. I was upset about the possibility of the treatment not working, but Ronald was able to clearly articulate the many reason for a sudden influx of insects that helped me better understand the process. In addition, he scheduled a follow up visit with a pest control specialist to ensure that we were taken care of. I truly appreciate excellent customer service!

It went very well and I am well pleased. The technician assured me that I would not be seeing any more bugs within a couple of days and he was correct! It feels great to walk in the house and not see any dead bugs lying around.

We feel that the price is very fair they are very responsive we rarely have a home invasions of past but when we do get past that arrive at a time different then the quarterly treatment immediately come out and take care of the situation

They scheduled immediately. We have a quarterly contract with them and they are very good to respond and do extra treatments when needed. Very kind and helpful.

First of all, I have been a customer of Berrett since 2013. In the beginning I received excellent service from a technician, Dan. Recently, results have been less compelling and frankly mediocre...UNTIL I GRIPED ABOUT TO BERRETT. The receptionist was excellent and ultimately I was able to get the person in charge of Customer Experience to call me back and ultimately he was helpful by sending out Brandon who was excellent. Brandon indicated that he would be willing to add me to his service list if I the company would agree. Again, I worked with the reception to contact the person in Charge of Customer Experience, who called me back when I was unable to take the call. Again, I worked with the receptionist, who was excellent, and sent him an email and spoke with his second in command who indicated that they would just put me on Brandon's list but that I would need to touch base with them next quarter about this, which I was specifically seeking to avoid having to do. I indicated that I would cancel my service with them and go to a competitor if I could not be assigned to him, I was so serious about making this change. I think the management and by this, I mean the CEO-level management, has forgotten how they were able to grow: my providing excellent, unstinting service to their pest control customers. Now they just think everyone is going to stick with them from habit. While I do use them in Dallas, I deliberately do not use them in at my other home in Austin. So what out of bounds request do I have. I do not want people only treating the outside of my house when I have ants or whatever inside. I want the technician to ring the doorbell and come inside on the appointed day of service, not just squirt some stuff outside and think the job is done. I waited for the technician and finally called the company to find the tech had purportedly been here and "was closed out for the day." I have never had this problem with a pest control company before and I do not really understand this or why this would even be an issue. I hope that we can work through this. After all, this is Texas and the dormant season is nearly or perhaps entire over. I also would like to be able to talk with a manager if I have a problem. I do actually realize I am not the only customer, but I do not think that these things are beyond expectation. People at Berrett are very nice once you get a hold of them, however, but really this should not be a problem. If they hadn't been, I would say don't touch them with a ten foot pool and would leave bad reviews on every website so that others would not have a problem. In this instance, I am hoping that they will realize that perhaps they additional senior staff and add that so that things can get back their usual level of performance. Their services are $150 per quarter, which includes termite and rodent control, with no further charge for re-treatment from problems that continue. I really don't have time to have them out repeatedly, and so doing this the right way the first time is essential for me, otherwise it is an entire waste of a day.

Still working on it but they are very responsive to coming out promptly. They also do our monthly service. Great communication.
