We provide residential and commercial pest control for all general pests around the premises. We specialize in taking care of the customer, and offering better pest control. We focus on trust and accountability with our customers, and it starts with hiring outstanding employees that are knowledgeable about the pests, as well as upstanding individuals that will treat a home honestly and effectively. Description of Work: called to address a new ant problem within our house. There was a focus on trying to get us on a quarterly service. I said I would consider it. They sprayed for several bugs on the 16th of March. However, our ant problem only got worse. We asked for a callback and once again the focus was on selling the quarterly service. I told him I would not consider it until the ant problem was addressed. The service person came back to respray. Unfortunately, our ant problem was not addressed.

Description of Work: Did try to sell me on a contract during the initial call, but did not press too hard. Technician arrived EXACTLY ON TIME, which is a big plus for me. Services were performed without issue. Will use them again when the need arrives.

Description of Work: They arrived on schedule, inspected the house, outlined how they would rid us of the rats that were in the attic and the crawlspace and gave us an estimate. The estimate was well below competing bids. Their plan involved three visits, which were all on schedule. They completed the work and followup inspections and we have not had a problem since.
