Description of Work: They came as many times as needed and when I called also. Polite and Knowledgeable. Vicki in the office was very helpful and Adam who came to the house was great. I thought I had a squirrel in the attic, but he trapped the varmint and it was a small opossum. The whole experience was great.

Description of Work: Initial pest control treatment inside and out, and mosquito spraying and termite check. Very responsive service. However, they tried to add time to the intial contract that was not agreed upon. I signed up for 1 yr (4 quarterly treatments, with the first being covered by the special on Angie's list.) They wanted to add four additional rather than three additional treatments. Also the mosquito treatment is per month not per the several months as a group of treatments. With all the rain we have received since the treatment, I don't know yet how effective the mosquito control is yet. No bugs seen inside (2 weeks).

Description of Work: My original review was deleted and posted for another company. Likely because of the low score. No one talked to me. unacceptable.

Description of Work: Berrett themselves did a great job and were very responsive and professional themselves, however, I do not know how much the product really helped. But to be honest, I am not sure that any product really will and I don't know that I reall expected it to, but I thought I would give it a shot. I am sure it kills mosquitoes and helps a little, but I don't think nuclear winter would really even do the trick. I have nothing bad at all to say about them though.

Description of Work: for the flogging of the mosquitos I would use them for indoor pest control I would not recommend them I don't remember what the charge was or the date. If you want information on the companies that you recommend then you need to ask within the first 45 days not months later
