Description of Work: They came out to look at pest services and tried to sell us on termite treatment for the entire house costing over $1500. Got a second opinion and found out didn't need to treat the whole house!

Description of Work: There was a long lag of time before an appointment was available. Scheduling was not good. However, once the appointment was confirmed, the actual service was very good and the exterminator was very professional. We have seen an improvement (significantly fewer bugs) since the time of the treatment.

Description of Work: Basic indoor and outdoor pest treatment. It went well, very professional and thorough. I was just disappointed that their "big deal special" did not include everything that their quarterly treatments include so I could not really find out if I wanted to continue with them. Of course they did ofter the option to upgrade to quarterly treatments with a 1 year commitment but that was prior to the service.

Description of Work: I had recently acquired roaches from the purchase of some used furniture. I informed the company that it was the harder to kill German type and they came out and the rep said they would use a more aggressive treatment and that would get rid of them....it didnt. I was concerned the problem would get worse so I went to a do it yourself place and spent 60.00 and got rid of them myself. I wish they did a better job although the reps were nice and extremely professional I feel like I wasted my money.
