We discovered termites just before they swarmed. I called Barrett in a near panic and they sent an inspector who arrived within the hour. He treated the indoor invaders, which meant peace of mind for me. Treatment was schedule for a few days later. Love Barrett!!

I was surprised at how easy the setup was and they were able to come just a few hours after I called. The man was so sweet and told me about a leaking sprinkler that was causing ants to pile up. He destroyed all the massive ant mounds and educated me that they could possibly injure or kill my dogs. He also let me know my tire was being pinched because I parked it slightly on the curb. Just a really nice guy and great service! I am very happy I chose them.

Getting it set up was easy and Darron was very knowledgeable about everything, and took his time explaining processes to me.

Berrett scheduled a visit, but then I had to change it. I left a voicemail and got a call back FAST. The appointment went great, with the tech even asking about previous problems. I would handily recommend Berrett.

Went on their website and put in a request and got a message that they would contact customers within 48 hours and never heard from them. I feel that this is an urgent situation for customers and 2 days is too long to contact them, but in this case, I never heard back from this company. Instead, I had to rely on another that did a much better job.

Great! They were very prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. Turned out that they were a seasonal migratory insect. They told us where they were getting in. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!
