It went great. I had to call them because they tried to bill me. But once I called they straightened it out. He was a very nice guy. There was no specific reason for me to choose them. I just needed somebody to come and spray. The price was same as everybody else. I don't really have much to compare it to.

Complete waste of time and money - we never saw any reduction in mosquito's! I would never recommend or do this again.

They got the delivery address messed up first time, apologized and were able to work with my schedule on meeting me out a second time. While the initial work was just for abatement, I was able to get occlusion and bee control as well as a bundle discount from their sales rep. We were trying to get a house ready to sell and needed both problems taken care of.

I found them on Angie's List and they did a fine job. I think they charged about $100 per quarterly treatment.

That service turned out fine. They have been out a couple of times and they bring one person each time. They come out when I call them and they are able to do follow up spraying if I need it. The company is very diligent.

They made an appointment and showed up three hours late. When they did show up they said they were "the wasp team" and could not do anything. We then made a second appointment and they also showed up late. When they finally showed up the second time they said they could not get rid of the bees because they were in the attic.

Very happy with the service. As we are not able go for a long term contract we use them as needed. I have used them couple of times, and very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

Purchased the $49 deal for pest control. I was able to book immediately, and the technician arrived on time. They were very professional and we will be using them again for sure!

The company contacted me very quickly and set up the appointment. They also offered me the option of subscribing to recurring treatments for the rest of the season at the Big Deal price! The treatment has worked wonders, and I am finally able to tackle my overgrown backyard without being eaten alive. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Found them on Groupon and will definitely be signing up for quarterly service. Super friendly service. Scheduling was easy. Tech arrived on time, completed service quickly, and treatment was effective.

Great job! Very professional and really knew what he was doing. Arrived right on time. He found wasp nests that I didn't even know were there and was able to get rid of nests in really tough-to-reach, high spots on the roof.

It went well. The guy that came out was excellent and polite. I would use them again based on my experience with Aaron.

After 2 weeks of waiting to hear from them to schedule an appointment I started calling them. Left several messages and then finally got someone to answer the phone. Every time I spoke with them they were having computer issues. Finally got an appointment. Service and punctuality were good other than I was told they would call me the night before to give me a specific time within the 2 hour window they had originally given me. When they called I was just given the original 2 hour window which made it difficult for me to make arrangements for my 3 dogs since they could not be in the house for 2 hours after extermination.

The only thing missing was a follow-up to sweep up all the dead bugs.

My experience was good. So far, I have seen less bugs since they came. Scheduling an appointment was good and there was one technician here applying the treatment. They gave me a window of timet that they may be here.

I signed up for a year of service. They charged me after the year was up and I don't know if they came out. I don't even own the house anymore. I called them and was told I had to send a 30 day notice. When I signed I was told it was a year contract. They ripped me off.

This has been an ongoing process. Apparently it's a neighborhood problem, but no one was alerting each other of what was going on! I have since signed on for a year of service. They come out quarterly, but when I have a concern, out they come. Thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They have found and closed holes that were in my roof, removed rodents following placement of traps, and most importantly, educated me!

Went ok but still have some small ants. Will most likely get a years service so I cant get the warranty and have people come out again if I still see insects.

I have been in contact with Berrett pest control several times, and after listening to two hard-sell tactics, I asked to just schedule the deal I purchased. The lady I spoke with said there is NO WARRANTY. Forget that! So, after being harassed to buy chigger removal ($150 extra) and sign up for quarterly service, then being told the one-time deal has NO WARRANTY, I don't want to do business with Berrett. Please refund my $.

He was very courteous and did all the spraying inside and outside the house

Aaron was very professional and courteous. He explained the treatment process and answered all of my questions. He was very through with the treatment. Will definately use Barrett Pest Control again.

Did not receive phone call from them until after I sent them 3 emails. Then once I went to schedule, their computers were down and when I called the next day, I was disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes.

My technician Kevin did a great job; very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He checked my house out carefully, made great recommendations, explained Berett's services and took care of those pesky wasps before they could infiltrate into my attic. I liked the service so much that I've signed up for quarterly pest services. Z scheduled my initial appointment. She was very responsive and efficient. They took care of me right away. Last evening was the first time I haven't been dive-bombed or eaten alive by "no-see-ums..."

Rain delayed providing mosquito control service and after rain stopped they were so backed up that they could not provide service at a time convenient for me.
