All went well. I ended up signing a year long contract for Berrett to provide services each quarter.

They did a good job the first time. We got what we paid for but it wasn't very much. We didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They should have come the first time, got the job done, gone out to verify what they were supposed to do but they didn't want to do any of that. I will not use them again.

It went fine. The company sent out one rep who performed services for both exterior & interior. They showed up on time and I was pleased with the work.

They were good. They were friendly and professional. They got rid of the problems in the attic. I was happy. There was no additional charge.

They didn’t do anything. They sent two people out on two separate occasions. I talked to the boss and I liked what he said but they didn't do anything. The scheduling was okay and they showed up after I called them. I still have rats running around in the attic and the house.

They are on going. I feel like they do a good job. The work outside. When he came into the house and checked the attic, they were very friendly. I have used them for about a year.

The service worked out fine. They showed up on time. They were efficient and did their job. There were no additional charges to the $69 Big Deal purchase price. So, I did sign up for an annual contract with them. It is every three months. They are very responsive.

It turned out fine, they came right away.

We had some ants in the Kitchen and restrooms. The technician ensured that he sprayed the entire area and also ensure that he left small strips with chemicals around the areas for ants to feed on. Ever since, we have not seen any ants. I could not have asked for more.

The service provider showed up on time, explained exactly what would happen, and completed the services with no issues.

Found termites about a month after the treatment on the exterior. Berrett came out but couldn't find anything and did nothing about it. Ended up using a different pest company. Berett is now billing me $189.44 for a warranty??? Unable to reach them by phone.

I called Berrett late in a Friday night because we had a dead animal under our house. The company we had a contract with for our regular service was jerking us around and we needed someone to come and take care of the dead animal. Not only did someone answer the phone, we spoke with "Z" who was courteous and lovely and absolutely willing to get us help immediately. She had someone there the next day. They did a 3 phase removal and every person they sent was professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and just overall kind. We never felt like they were trying to sell us on something we didn't understand or need. They removed the smell, the animal, did a service to get anything else out and filled the holes for us! We look forward to switching to them for all of our pest control needs.

They gave good suggestions on what I could do to keep the pests away. I also have an ant problem and ended up sign up for a bi monthly pest control service with them. Their services have gone well and the pests seem to be dying off. I have worked with 2 separate technicians. They are both very nice and non intrusive. They make the process very easy.

It went as expected, they were there on time and after discussing the terms of the deal I had purchased and the obligatory hard-sell on their annual contract the gentleman started by spraying the outside first. I figured he would be out there for a few minutes so I went into my bedroom to do a few things. Next thing I know he is in my house walking through and spraying; no knocking or any type of notice he was walking in. Luckily my dog was in the bedroom with me, if he had been near the front door this would have had a different ending. He finished spraying the inside of the house, we went through the hard sell again and he left. Overall, I got what I paid for which was basic pest control since I haven't had that done professionally for a few years so I was satisfied. The issues came later; constant phone calls from a 214-210-4601 number but no messages are left, just hang-ups. I Googled the number and the list of complaints is lengthy from others with the same problem. True, I can call and tell them to quit; but really, should I have to? Has it become the norm where business you have patronized are free to spam call and leave no message? You can be sure I will never use them again because of this because other than that, I would have called them again for pest control needs. They lost a customer...

Dan was very friend and professional. Did a great job at being careful as I'm very sensitive to pesticides.

Josue was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Caught 4 more little gray field mice over following week, but nothing since. They are coming back out this week to check all traps (attic, etc.) and reset traps where/if needed. Caught them early enough to prevent any serious damage or infestation. Wife is happy!

Results were negligible. We still had mosquitos - maybe a little better but not enough to do it again.

How'd it go? I'm on the verge hiring a lawyer. These people contemptuous and arrogant. Oh, and they failed to preform the services which I hired them to do. As in I don't believe they ever showed up except for the first service and the last. The only thing they are good at is demanding money. But let me start from the beginning. Last spring my wife saw termites on the front patio. So I get on Angie's List and find Berrett Pest Control. They have great ratings so I hire them to come out and deal with the termites. They salesman who sold me the job tells me that if I want Berrett to warrantee the job after the first year I would have to contact for their pest control services. It was expensive but they had such good ratings. Well, it took two visits to get the termite treatment accomplished. Not stellar but I know that jobs don't always go smoothly. Then the regular pest control treatments start. I happened to be home the first time the service guy showed up so I let him in and he does the inside and outside of the house. After that we never saw nor heard from them again. Then we started to get overdue notices. They didn't call or text or email ever to tell us they were coming out to preform service. If they actually came they never left a card in the door or a bill. I would just get an overdue notice in my email demanding payment. My wife actually pays the bills so I would forward the overdue notice to her. When I asked her why she hadn't paid the bill she said that she never received one. When she emailed Berrett she never got a response. She called them several times and left messages. No one ever called her back. When she finally got someone on the phone they said they would check into it and get back to her. No one ever called her back. I received an overdue notice for the last service and also a charge to renew the warrantee on the termite service. I sent them back an email explaining that we weren't going to pay because we had no proof they had been here or provided any of the services they charged us for. Miraculously a couple of days later we get a card in the door from one of their servicemen that stated he only sprayed half of the outside of the house because there are dogs in the backyard. But the bill was for the whole amount. There's always been dogs in the backyard. They just now noticed? That affirmed what my wife had suspected. These guys never came out for the second or third treatment. So I called their office and talked to someone named Colby or Cody or something like that. When he pulled up my account there was no record of anyone coming to my house. No one noted the dogs in the backyard and there were no dates of when the service was rendered. He told me he could check the GPS records of the trucks and see if anyone had been to my house. He said he would check it out and get back to me. I never heard from him again. I figured he realized they had dropped the ball, that they actually owed me money, and they were just going to let this drop. Instead, they hired a collection company. Unbelievable! All they had to do was research the issue and call me back. If they could prove they had been to my house and preformed the contracted services I would gladly have paid them. But instead they proved what an inept and low-class operation they really are by turning the matter over to a collection company. I'm waiting for this to turn up on my credit report so I can return the favor with a libel suite. So, the moral of this long and laborious tale is: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BERRETT PEST CONTROL!!!!

My original appointment was canceled by the provider, and I had to wait over a week for the technician to come out. The staff I talked to over the phone were not very helpful or professional. There was no hurry to ensure I received prompt service even though the provider was the one to cancel the original service call. Once the technician finally arrived, he did a great job. He was professional and thorough. Overall, good technical service, but the office staff are poor.

Came home half hour prior to appointment and did the basic service required. Found a dead mice two days after the service was performed.

They called right back after I sent the email. They were able to schedule an appt when I needed it. The man who came arrived on time and was professional. I feel that he did a good job, although I don't know how effective the treatment was ultimately.

After the initial visit they just do all the pest control outside. They keep the bugs out. And when we do see an ant or two..they will come visit and control from inside. But that has only happened a few times.

Once contacted by Berrett Pest control, the initial service was scheduled. The process was smooth and easy. Service was excellent. The home service tech took care to listen and met all of my expectations. Treatment for specific insects and their process of elimination were explained completely. The work was performed quickly and thoroughly.

Our house backs up to a nature trail therefore we get a lot of mosquitos. So I always have mosquito treatments done in the summer months. This was an Angies deal so I thought I would try them. The first time they came out, they used a fogger type machine on the mosquitos. I watched out the window as the tech sprayed. In the past, when we have had our backyard sprayed the bugs fly out of the bushes as they are being sprayed. This time I did not see this happening but I thought well this is a different kind of mosquito control so maybe it will work better. However, we did not see much improvement. The next time the tech came out I told him and he said he was going to use a spray this time instead of the fogger. The spray worked better and seemed to last longer. I will use them again but will make sure to request the spray and not the fogger.
