On time and courteous and came back fro follow up for bees

He was quick and personable.

They first treated for rats and mice, but it was determined that they weren't the problem. We had squirrels in the attic. They plugged the holes chewed in the roof by the squirrels and then returned 2 times to check for any evidence of their return, but the squirrels were gone.

We were having trouble with ants, spiders, silverfish and fireants both downstairs and upstairs. They came and sprayed in within the timeslot we agreed on and I noticed we were still having problems a week later (though scaled down tremendously). Called them back and they came back the next day and resprayed free of charge, haven't had an issue since.

Not well. Initial pest treatment was about 50% effective. I signed up for quarterly treatments. Every time they show up without scheduling appointment, only do half of the treatment and leave bill on the front porch. I cannot confirm that they actually do anything because we still see problems. Will not answer emails or return calls. Do not use these people

The provider came and just talked about the price plans for treating the issue. They were suppose to do an inspection. The guy who came didn't do anything. He just basically asked us where we saw the bugs, looked at the room (without any inspection), and discussed the treatment plans. As it turned out, we really didn't have any infestations. We barely saw anymore bugs several after the inspection. But he obviously wanted us to sign up for treatment. The $39 was a waste of money. It was just a way for them to visit and hook us up to a treatment plan.

The technician communicated directly with the tenants at the property and even showed up early. Problem solved after initial visit and no rodents since to be seen.

I first used them in December but I set up a maintenance for a year. They come out quarterly. They spray our house. It went just fine.

Gentleman inspected the house for termites. Was professional in all aspects.

Excellent service. The technician was very professional and thorough. He actually postponed our initial service appointment because he said that recent rain would minimize its effectiveness. This was the first of quarterly treatments and I?m very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this service provider.

I have been using Barrett but I am not entirely satisfied. They are doing quarterly pest maintenance. The job isn't bad, but it is nearly impossible to interact with their service people. They will send me an email and say to expect someone on such and such a day. I have taken the day off from work and spent the day waiting, only to have the service guy show up right after I had to leave for an errand. The front office seems to be in Dallas and I would prefer to use a company with whom I can better interact. I am in the market for a new provider.

Customer service rep contacted me the day I purchased the deal on Angie's List. Representative was friendly and setup the initial visit for the first application/inspection. Technician arrived on the date of the inspection in the appropriate amount of time. They were able to give a 15-30 min call prior to the visit to alert me they were on their way. Technician arrived and explained to me the contract and covered the details of the application and what he would be doing that day. Total application time was not very long (approximately 30 mins?) and he also inspected the attic for any other critters. Due to the weather I asked him to come at a later date to make sure the rain wouldn't wash away the external application and he said that would be no problem. It has been about 2 weeks from initial application and we've cleaned up several dead spiders around the baseboards.

Berrett Pest Control arrived on time to complete my initial treatment. I signed up for the $49 initial with commitment of further use. I was a little surprised to see how quickly they were in and out. I read other reviews that stated they took their time and went over every inch of the house, including the weeping holes on the outside, and setting up a barrier around the property so neighbor's bug issues don't spill over. I'm surprised they were able to be this thorough in the 20-30 minutes they were at my house, considering I have a 4-bedroom home, garage, attic and spacious backyard. But, we shall see. I will update this review and give straight A's, after I give their product time to work. I understand the recent rainy weather is putting everyone behind, but I am hoping they did not rush my job as a result, but it felt that way. The following day, we saw ants everywhere in the kitchen, running about like crazy. This probably means it's working. Again, I will update in the near future. I did appreciate the emails and phone calls to let me know when they were coming. They are very good about that. I also like knowing that I can call them back if I'm not satisfied and they will come back and re-treat.

It went fine. The one session that we had with him was fine. They took care of it.

The inside and outside of the house was treated. We have not seen any bugs in the house since the initial teatment. I would definitely recommend Barrett Pest Control.

Beretta never contacted me after I contacted them for service online

When making the appointment on the phone the person was professional. The point of the call was to sell a year of comprehensive service. The first service cost was the Angie's list price of $69.00, the three additional appointments were to be $179.00 each. These services covered a number of items I was not interested in purchasing. The sales person on the phone did not want to take no for an answer. A little to high pressure sales in my opinion.

Bought an Angie's List deal to have Berret Pest Control come out. I wasn't home but Aaron came out to spray the exterior. Based on the comment on the receipt he wasn't able to get to the second floor of the exterior since it was too far to reach. Haven't seen any new wasps around so it looked to be working.

As far as my understanding the experience was fine. Some ants were still there. So I called them back to go there and spray again which they did in a satisfactory manner. I believe the ants were taken care off. They are very responsive and did communicate well. They were concerned about the well being about the family in there and overall it was a positive experience.

Very good results. We told the service technician that we would also use the service on our home. This service was on Mother's house.

They were professional but this deal did not apply to carpenter ants. This was a bit confusing since the ad did mention carpenter ants.

Very professional. Didn't try to sell me any other services. Arrived at the scheduled time, treated around the house, told me what he saw outside and what he treated. He came inside and treated all the corners and molding in the house. Never once tried to sell anything else. He told us what to expect next few days and next couple of weeks. Definitely recommend. Definitely will use again.
