He did an excellent job of spraying house and yard. He seemed very knowledgable.

The service is going very well. Actually, what I ended up doing was going into a contract with them. The $69 Big Deal was actually credited to what I ended up paying because there was a good deal further down the road with the contract. I think what stand out the most are their response and the fact that they actually dedicate one person to me so I always know who it is and who is coming out. That is a real big peace of mind for me because you need to know that you can trust people and that they really are with that company and you do not always have to check who they are and who they are sending.

They came out sometime around March. We found some termites and they came out to deal with that. The service cost about $750. They just treated for termites around the parameter of our house. The pest treatment seems very good, we haven't noticed any termite activity so it seems to have worked. Nothing stood out good or bad necessarily. We signed up with their termite service so we're going to use them again in the future if we have more issues. They are nothing really good or bad necessarily.

I hired this provider for a pest control in my attic. They did part of the job. They just wouldn't finish their job. The service would involve three calls. One for assessment and pricing, one for initial treatment and one for finishing. They assessed. I paid for the full treatment before they started. They came, installed the repellant and traps. They just did not come to remove the traps. I called them a few times, they told me that they are coming. So during Memorial Day weekend we had an invasion of big green flies in the kids bedrooms, which are upstairs. It turns out that there was something caught in the traps that just lay there dead. That attracted the green flies which in turn got in our kids bedrooms through the vents. Fortunately, I paid with a credit card and the credit card company after a long inquiry refunded us. Also, I had to hire somebody else to finish their job. I do NOT recommend them.

The worker that come out are hard to communicate with. Been using them for a year. Looking for a change.

Set traps and sealed holes for squirrels not to enter the house again. It worked!!!

Always showed up on time and in a professional manner. I have a small child and there was no inconvenience. They came in and went straight to work and finished in a timely manner.

The scheduling for the date for Berrett Pest Control was easy but due to their schedule, it did take 1.5 weeks before we could find an opening for them to visit. The person who came, Jeff was good and he explained the process and used a shoe cover when entering our home. Overall, service was satisfactory and as advertised.

I use their service monthly which helps keep the pests in control. Not every person that comes out for service is consistent, but they do focus on the important areas.

Kristian was great. I had questions in the beginning, because my home had a history of termites and carpenter ants. He showed me the carpenter ants, found active termites and treated them, advised other possible termite issues, and suggested replacing rotted wood with composite decking boards. All in all, I am very pleased I contracted with this company.

It went well. They notified me of the areas of concern and the treatment plan. The second visit was performed around the house and they left a note telling me what they saw and what was treated.

I purchased a Big Deal for $39.00 for pest control/exterminating.

It wasn't the most thorough treatment we have had from them. But when I called to voice my concerns, they were quick to schedule a follow up and address the issue.

I signed an annual agreement with these guys to come out quarterly and provide their pest control service. So far it's been a good experiencing. The guys are profession, knowledgeable and flexible which is a hard combination to find these days. I originally contacted them because i had a sugar ant issue. I called them and they can out and put baits in the areas where we were saw ants and within a few days the problem went away and we haven't seen any in that area since. They've been flexible too, for example I've been remodeling my house for a few months and they came out one day when they didn't have access to the property. They noted the area that didn't get the treatment and another tech came out and addressed the area. It's been good experience so far and I'm optimistic about the future.

The people in the phone were helpful and they got me scheduled right away. When they came to the house they were courteous and on time. They were knowledgable about the problems areas in my house and what to do to help fix them. Overall it has been a very good experience.
