From the initial phone contact to the in person evaluation of the problems to the treatments and responsiveness and follow up treatments, I cannot be more pleased with the excellent service. After only 6 weeks and approximately 5-6 visits my problems are completely under control. They will now follow up for monthly evaluations.

We were very impressed with inspection and our many questions being answered. When there are pests in your home there are worries and concerns about how to function without making it worse and we were given advice on how to do this.

Dan was courteous, professional, and inspected my home at no charge. He showed me how the rodent got into the attic (it had left before Dan arrived), and helped me with preventing further attic access for rodents. Anxiety gone, and so impressed with this vendor.

I called back a few times because my mom was hesitant to have pest control come due to covid and us being immunocompromised. They were kind and willing to work with all of my concerns. They did a professional job and I enjoyed the entire process. This was my first time hiring an exterminator and I am always wary about hiring services but I am glad I went with Berrett. I chose an organic pesticide and the price was reasonable. Very happy!
