The tech showed up early within his allotted window. He was friendly, polite and professional, although we may have had a bit of a language barrier. He was in and out quickly.

Called in advance and was punctual. Did work and asked about any issues from past treatments. We did recall them once and they came out the next day. Have a lot of foliage and trees, but almost no bugs of any kind. Highly recommend them.

No, my first experience with Angies List was NOT good. I purchased this service, they never came. I called, they never came. I cancelled the service, I never got a refund. I notified Angies List, no help given. Not a good experience. I?ve since contacted the vendor and used their service directly, without Angies List. And today Angies List charged me a renewal that I didn't want.

good with the exterior inspection but not much with the attic or interior. There are different packages for the interior that I will have to look into.

Great, took the time to discuss our concerns

First an inspector came to examine the house and he went over all the details with me. He explained the situation very clearly and precisely then another technician came to apply the treatment(not the same day). He came on time trenched around the house and drilled holes on concrete deck to apply termite treatment. We also had an interior spot to apply the treatment (around the master bathroom plumbing). Only a foam type of pesticide is applied inside the house which is different than the chemical applied around the house but I was told that this will suffice to prevent any future infestation.Once the treatment was completed holes in the concrete deck were patched. Honestly the patch work could have been done better but not a big deal I was able to perform a final touch up myself . Just to make sure that the holes are not noticeable. The job in overall was performed well but it could be better. This is not a negative feedback but it is a feedback for service provider to pay closer attention to the details it will help their business in the future. Anyhow I would also like to mention the hot weather factor in Texas. I understand that it's not easy to perform 100% under extreme weather conditions.

I was not happy with them. It was supposed to be indoor and outdoor control. I never knew when they were coming. If I wasn't here, they just do a little bit on the outside. They fixed some traps up in my attic in case there were squirrels but never came to take them out. I had to get up there to find those big traps and get rid of them. I was very unhappy with Berrett. They have a special offer but when you take the special offer, you actually have to sign up for a year of service.

Spraying for Pest Control doesn't have much deviation among providers - they all spray in the same places, for the same insects. The reason for the average to negative review is this: First, and foremost: Timeliness. In both professional and personal affairs, I expect suppliers to be timely, professional, and polite. Before anything else, I had repeated issues with Barrett not showing up during their scheduled time. Understand that Barrett's scheduled time is - at their request - a 4 hour window during working hours on a work day. To a typical person, that means taking a half day away from work to sit at home waiting for pest control. In Barrett's case, that means repeatedly sitting at home over multiple days for no-shows, and last minute calls letting you know that their technicians' schedules have conflicted, and no one can make it out. -Pricing isn't particularly competitive with other offerings from other vendors. -Quality - nothing special. Customers want three things from a vendor: Quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Manufacturers say, "Pick two." Barrett excels in none of them.

the first time they came they left this thick wet substance that took a couple of days to dry all over my floors. I had to wait till it dried before I could clean it up and trying to keep my dog from walking in it was near impossible. the last time they came, my husband was home but said it went fine. 2 days later I had ants coming into my kitchen rom the window. I called an left 2 messages over the weekend and no one ever returned my call. My husband just ended up going and getting some stuff from Home Depot and taking care of the problem himself.

Excellent. Ants rapidly disappeared and they rebaited the rodent traps.

i did not hire them. the person i spoke to on the phone refused to send me an email or proposal.

Treated the problem and was very friendly and quick. They also sent a termite inspector free of charge, no termites!

They kept calling us and calling us, and each time they were trying to upsell us on a more expensive package. We ended up cancelling the deal with them.

he did outside and few places on the inside. Discussed about the ant problem in all the wash basins & other areas --including the garage etc. The ant problem did NOT go away. We are still seeing ant activity. Unfortunately, we had to go out of town & could Not contact the provider about the issue Not resolved. Hope they will do the right thing & help us ou t.
