It costs $78 every two months. They need to call or e-mail me a couple of days beforehand so that I know to keep the dogs in the home so they could get in the back to spray because usually, it's too late for me to know to keep the dogs in and therefore, sometimes they don't go in the backyard to spray.

It went very well. I have been using this company since November of 2015 and have never had any problems. They work around my schedule and are always here in the time selected. Very nice guys and customer service. It is easier to talk through email for me and they respond quickly.

Ronnie is phenomenal! Professional, courteous and is very thorough. After he completed his analysis, he showed us the completed work and provided tips for preventing future rodent problems. And, we discovered that he is a veteran who was injured in in Afghanistan. Thank you, Ronnie, for your faithful service to our country. We also had Daniel who provided the regular pest-control spraying. He also set several rat traps. Very courteous & helpful. I would definitely recommend them for pest control.

Arrived on time , quickly sprayed outside of house (which is what I requested) and completed within about 20 minutes. Service was good and have no complaints except sprayed too heavily in some areas, so spray pooled and took a long time to dry

Paid in advance through Angie's List. When the Barrett called several days later (which wasn't a big deal since I was in no hurry) to set up the appointment they talked my wife into expanding the scope of the service and talked her into regular year long service. She wasn't sure what level of service I had signed up for and after hanging up felt as though she had just talked to a used car salesman. After talking to me, my wife was able to correct the situation when the tech showed up the next day. She felt the tech was professional, friendly and did a good job. The company had no record of my initial payment through Angie's List so she paid for the service again at that time. I was able to call Barret the following Monday and at that time they did show payment and refunded one them they to my account. All in all we were pleased with the service and would use them again. I will avoid paying in advance through Angie's List in the future as there seems to be a delay in payment to the vendor.

Their phone system is a joke (delayed) so both parties are talking over each other. They overcharged me by $130

The actual service went well, however when I called to confirm my appointment the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and asked me 'didn't I make the appointment'............so that is the reason for the lower rating in some areas. The man that actually came to do the job was very polite and friendly so I would rate him an A. They need better customer service when someone calls in.

Pete was AWESOME!!! Such a friendly and knowledgeable young man!!! :) We were happy to work with him, and recommend him to anyone looking for great service. He came out yesterday and gave us a quote. Upon acceptance, he scheduled the first service for the next day. We've worked with this company in the past, and they've always done a great job for us.

So far, Berrett has been fantastic. I had a regular pest control company, on a quarterly contract, but they completely ghosted and all of a sudden. Of course that happens and I start seeing pesky ants. I bought the $69 deal and called to schedule and they were SUPER helpful. I definitely signed up for the quarterly service, and I am glad that I have - they gave me a specific technician that would be coming out and he's been super attentive.

Berrett Pest control has completed eliminated my Scorpion problem. I generally kill maybe 10 to 15 of them SOB's a year. 5 years then one year I killed probably 50+ Scorpions. I have been stung in my bead 4 times. Started to see them on the walls! had always been on the floor or my bed. killed 3 in one evening. The day I came home from work and saw the large one on my ceiling I asked around and was given Berrett's name. As I recall they set me up wit an appointment about 3 weeks out. I explained to the customer service rep that I had been killing 3 a day and the proverbial straw was the Scorpion with suction cups on his feet crawling around my ceiling. She got me a Tech out here within the week. I saw 2 more Scorpions in the week after they spray. They were dragging their tail and dying. The Tech had told me I might see a few or some dead ones for a week or two. His initial spray included the attic sprayed down Real good! about 10 to 12 feet out from the house. My rail road tie retaining wall got a coat and he showed me all the spots that the little bastards like to hide. rock piles and cedar logs. I cleared out the scorpion forts. I have not seen a scorpion in my house since. about two years. Berrett comes out every 3 months and treats the house. I have 3 big dogs and they are not affected by the chemicals they spray. but if an insect or spider walk across they die. The Techs have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I get an email a couple of days before the service informing me of when the service tech would be stopping by.If I need to cancel the apt and move it I can do all that by email. They work with you to get a good date and time. I had an event where my roommate brought home bed bugs. I told the Tech about it and he did a good treatment and explained everything we had to do as a follow up. Mission accomplished. It took a bit but if you follow what he tells you to do... I walk around barefoot without staring at the floor, making sure I see where my feet are with every step I took. I haven't looked under my pillow in 6 months. (That was a harder OCD thing to stop doing) I again rule my house and my sock drawer is again safe to reach into without looking. Absolutely recommend Berrett Pest Control. Especially the 708 Easy St. Garland, 75042 office. (214) 242-4800. My Tech lives out in this area. I do everything via emails. The personnel at this office have always done a super job for me. My completely candid review of the people and service provided by Berretts Pest Control company.

I think I found them on Angie's List. They have been okay. I got on an annual plan with them. They came every quarter and were last here about a month ago. Nothing special, nothing too bad, nothing too good so it is some sort of a medium level service. I think they charge about $110 per quarter.

Polite and courtesy, was early and asked prior if that was OK, Definitely would use again.

Daniel was awesome - personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he would do, answered my questions about ants, wasps and pantry moths. I entered into a service agreement with Berrett Pest Control, where they come out quarterly and spray. Very happy to be pest free!

They were punctual, kind, clean, careful and timely.

So, I paid for pest control services. We found a snake in the house. They tell me they don't do snakes. Well, I don't do snakes either. That's why I paid for a pest control service. It was suggested I call the city's animal control. They will do snakes, but only if I know were the snake is located. Frankly, this guy is now in hiding. I am now in the market for a new pest control company.

For rental properties that I have they come out every four months or as needed. The last time I dealt with them was one day last week. I haven't asked them about animal control. I do know that, because of the mosquito things that's going on right now, they're spraying for mosquitoes at the properties. The initial of that was $30 and then two more treatments after that is $50.

I use Berrett Pest Control. They come out quarterly so it's probably been a month or so around March 11 2016. The price is the issue I have.

My experience with them wasn't too good. They never did get rid of our problem, which was ants. They were very professional and willing to try to make it right. They were prompt. The personnel side of it was very good, but the technical side of it in getting rid of the problem was not very good.

We initially hired them to address a rodent problem. It improved but has never been resolved despite several attempts. They were also asked to help remediate an ant issue inside the home and again after three attempts did not resolve the problem. We addressed the ineffectiveness of the treatments with the customer service manager who is very nice. She did try to have management come out which was appreciated but we were just done due to the ineffectiveness of the treatments over time. I paid the bill which we received after notifying them of cancellation. I feel our money has been wasted since we've made little to no progress. I do want to say that all of the people we have dealt with there have been very nice and responsive, the treatment just wasn't effective for us.

I was extremely pleased with the service. We had at least 6 wasp nests that had become troublesome. Most were either at the 2nd story height or on the roof. The gentleman who came was very thorough and courteous. Providing this great service was the reason we switched to Berrett Pest for all our pest control needs.

It took too long on the phone to schedule the service but once it was scheduled the work was done in a timely manner.

It could have been a little better. They didn't charge more than the deal. We still had some bug issues after that. They could have done a more thorough job. He said he did the outside. We live in an acre and it took him 5 minutes to do it.

Berrett have been performing quarterly pest control for us for about 18 months and are fantastic. I highly recommend them
