Very well - original setup is less than $50 and then monthly maintenance for about 5 to 6 months is $100 plus tax - I am very pleased and hoping to be rid of mosquitos and I believe it will work - so far so good !

After 1.5 months of work, nothing was trapped and we still have activity in the attic. We are now seeking another company to work with.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. However she was in my home for less than 10 minutes and did a VERY lousy job of spraying all the areas that should've been treated. For sure she didn't get all the areas in the kitchen, closets, and garage.

TERRIBLE!!! Inside/Outside spray for our house and paid extra for mouse boxes (don't work). I continued to receive bugs and called several times to rectify but what ever spray they use, does not work. I called to cancel my Agreement since I was not receiving the service that was supposed to eliminate my bug problem and they went ahead and charged me for two more months after I cancelled and did not even show up to spray for those two months. Berrett representative stating that I still have to honor the year contract. AND VENDORS WONDER WHY PEOPLE DON"T WANT TO SIGN CONTRACTS? My house is a normal, not dirty and my problems were crickets, June bugs, beetles and an occasional mouse in the garage/attic and have always used Terminix. I thought I would save money as Berrett is cheaper but then again you get what you pay for. BE WEARY.

They were professional all through the process. Showed up when they said they would, were respectful of my home and to me. Explained exactly what they would do. I got the Angies List special for termite treatment after they first came to confirm the need and measure.

Great company. Sign up for their yearly package and I don’t have to worry about bugs or who to call that I can trust anymore.

It went very well. I have had no problems since! Everything so far looks good!

They are not very good. They would never call and tell us when they were coming, and if we were not home, they would leave.

Service guy mentioned that he can't keep coming back to service home if not getting paid in between service. Pest Control services did not help get rid of any pest problems. Asked for services only when we are home, but invoice sent for an unauthorized service after cancellation of contract. Called Barrett to discuss cancellation and why services were done, but kept hold for a long period of time with no response.

They were out to my house and they did good work. In Texas we have hot as heck and we have cool and pleasant, so they weren't here in the dead of summer. They were reasonably priced and I was happy to pay them. They charged what the agreement was and they got the work done. I would use them again.

We called and had a termite inspection scheduled for the next morning. The person who showed up to our door was in a company truck and very professional. Once they did the survey we called to schedule treatment and had an appointment a few days later. They included our detached garage which was extremely important since it was just a few feet away from the location infested with termites.

Excellent, timely, efficient, and professional. I see dead bugs. :)

We moved here 6 months ago and started seeing lots of ants and wasps. We got a package deal where they sprayed and will come 3 more times. So far the results are good.

Did not help. Used them for a few months. Contractor was scared of our 15lb cockapoo. You are treated as a number not a customer.

They're good. They keep all the bugs away. They're coming again in a week.

Went well. The guy came and sprayed around the inside and the outside. Within a week the ants inside were gone. The first treatment was $49 plus tax and each of the following treatments will be $119 plus tax. The last treatment will be January 2018. By then I'll want to give an update review, but if it continues at this rate, I'm sure we'll be happy.

I found this company to be almost suspicious and I now feel like I have been scammed. I inquired about their quarterly service ($140 per quarter) and got repeated/aggressive phone calls back. I told them I would try the service. Upon first sign of a real problem (roaches in our crawlspace) they told us they don't deal with that. Calls go unreturned and you have to harass them for your quarterly visit. I was told by a real professional that all these guys do is spray a little Ortho around your house and yard; which you could do yourself for $10 a year. Do not hire these people. They're just marketers; they're not going to take car of any bug problems.
