I have used over a year now and they are excellent! They arrive on time, very courteous and best of all, they get rid of the problem! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem.

Michelle took my call and she was very courteous and friendly. She was understanding about my discomfort in finding the bug in my Ouse and quickly checked to see when our service tech would be able to come out. The first open slot didn’t work well with our schedule but the second date did so the tech is scheduled and he’ll call when he’s on his way! We’ve only been with them for a few months but they’ve been great

Berrett Pest Control did a thorough job of addressing the issue of the swarming fire ants in upstairs bedroom and attic, treating both inside and outside the house. The tech went further though and provided supplemental treatments that were not technically part of the service call as a courtesy. Tech was very knowledgeable, eager to explain issue and treatment. Best of all there was no hard sell to get me to buy a treatment plan (FWIW, week later my wife and I decided to do just that and put our property under their quarterly treatment plan, which has already produced positive results). Very pleased with the provider and the service.

Berrett is a great pest control company. Anytime we need follow-up on pest control issues, they are most responsive.

Excellent - I had a fire ant infestation in my back yard just a few weeks after my quarterly visit. They arranged to come out without additional charges to handle the fire ants, and even suggested they also treat the front yard, because of future possibility of fire ants moving to that location. No arguments, no hesitation, no extra charges. Fantastic business.

Good, but bugs reappear every couple of weeks, need to find entry. Mice are a new problem. but can;t get garage door tight enuf. Unlimited trips for reasonable monthly fee. Worth every penny. Bagged 4 so far. I sure don't like critters on my turf!

Berrett set out mosquito traps and sprayed monthly. The combination of both helped keep mosquitoes mostly under control. System was not perfect, but we definitely got fewer bites outdoors this year than last.

What turned me off about this company is the company expected me to pay before service was rendered. I have never in my life had to pay for anything before service done, therefore I refused their service. I don't know if I was an isolated case where they didn't think I could pay or that's their usual protocol. If so, they have that right and I have the right to refuse service. Thank you for your punctuality, that was a plus. The quoted billing was $74.00 with the special deal with Angie's list.

Service is poor. I hired this company because I was having a rodent and wasp problem. I bought a special offer off Angie’s List. I signed up for monthly service in addition. I have had four treatments completed. Only the third treatment was satisfactory. The first technician they sent complained about having to do work. He complained that he had to bring a ladder. He came for the second treatment, but he left because he said he didn’t have the gate code, which was put in the system by the company. He came back and did the work after I complained in pouring rain. Then the third technician who came actually did a great job. She had a good attitude and took care of a lot of problems. The fourth technician just left after arriving at 7:30 pm. He said he had started work that day at 6 am. He did the treatment for $140 for only ten minutes of work. I told him when he left that he needs to find a new employer. Likewise, I advise you to hire someone else to do your pest control service or do it yourself because this company has a lot of issues that they apparently are not going to work out. I can’t say have had a lot of pest, but you can do a lot better than this company from a customer service perspective.

We bought a deal for Pest Control. They tried upselling us pretty hard once they arrived, and it was unnecessary, not to mention annoying.

Carl was very professional and friendly. He gave me my options and then let me decide how I wanted to proceed with no hard sell tactics. 5 stars!
