Description of Work: Many, many years ago they (at that time they were Sterling Pest Control) did a termite treatment for us. We bought the annual contract for a $130/yr. With that they come and inspect for any signs of termite damage. If there is damage, then they re-treat at no cost to us (other than the annual fee). We have not had termites since the original treatment. When they come for the annual inspection someone must be home to let them in. They take less than a full hour to inspect the inside and outside of our 2,500 ft. house and attached garage.

 + -1 moreI know all of the technicians who come out to my home and whenever they come over it is like getting a visit from friends. They always take care of the problems. They try to come out early so that I can be home, but I trust them to be at my home alone.
