+ -1 moreThey are very good. They were efficient and responsive. The last time they came they had to do quite a bit of work. The quality of work is good. The system has not leaked since then.
Description of Work: I use American Water Works Co lawn and irrigation. I have used them twice or thrice. I used them last when there was a leak which they fixed. After that I had another problem for which I spoke to them on the phone as I did not want them to come. They helped me over the phone and I saved on a service call.

+ -1 moreThey were really good. They explained what was going on and gave me a quote and stayed within it. When I had a problem afterwards, the guy helped me out over the phone. I got other quotes, but they were they only ones willing to work with me on the quote.
Description of Work: I used American Water Works Co. twice. The first time I used them was to fix a leak and I also used them last fall to fix leaks in my sprinkler system.
