Joe has done several projects for us over the last few years : 2 bathrooms, 1 utility, new backyard fence with 2 gates, new back porch with arbor, new siding on back half of the house including chimney, and most recently a complete renovation of the kitchen. Joe is extremely professional and honest in his business. He takes pride in the work of himself and his subcontractors. Everything he will deliver is painstakingly detailed in his paperwork before the project is started so you know exactly what you will receive. He delivers the project on time. After the project is completed, he is very responsive to any follow up that is needed. As an example, our back fence gates shifted over several months with our wonderful Dallas area sandy soil so he came back and made necessary adjustments to make them open and close again (at no charge). Joe has an uncanny nack for looking at what is possible with a space. Our new kitchen is a testament to that skill (it seems bigger than it did before with no real change to the footprint, just a different layout!) His extensive experience gives him more insight into the right materials to use and color combinations (which cabinet woods take the color you want better; which countertops will take the best beating from pots, pans, hot, cold; what are the style trends so you can keep your house looking up to date in case you are going to sell). For a general contractor, these skills are what you are paying for. He is the expert. Joe's quotes are competitive with others but will tend to be higher than the competition. You get what you pay for. I can not recommend Joe enough for any/all of your home renovation needs.

The entire process went smoothly. First we met with Joe in order to obtain a bid from him for a complete master bathroom remodel - the bathroom area was to be stripped down to the concrete foundation, all fixtures were to be removed, and all sheetrock was removed. The master bathroom was then completely rebuilt. In order to provide a detailed bid, Joe and several of his subcontractors met with us to go over the proposed job. We obtained several bids from other general contractors and selected Joe based on his presentation and our evaluation of his references. The project went smoothly. Each subcontractor arrived as scheduled and performed their work in a professional manner. Each was also courteous and considerate in their interaction with us. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and each of his subcontractors. We would definitely use their services again for any future remodeling needs.
Description of Work: All In One Construction is a general contractor, therefor he subcontracts the work to his various vendors. The owner, Joe Wrinkle, is very punctual and each vendor (subcontractor) was also very punctual and skilled in their area of work.

Joe came out to provide an estimate. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for him to visit as he was taking vacation between when we called and the appointment. He walked through the house with us and then gave an "off the top of his head" estimate of 30,000 to 33,000. He wanted to come back a week later with various members of his "crew" in order to provide a detailed estimate - unlike our other 2 contractor interviews which were able to provide estimate based on first review (written after the fact). He also expressed that we would not be able to start until late August/early September - in part because he would be on vacation again at the end of August. A few days after our interview, my husband and I opted to go with one of the other 2 contractors who bid on the work. I emailed Joe to thank him for the estimate and advise we would be going with another contractor - I never heard anything further.
Description of Work: Joe came out to review the remodel work we wanted to do in order to provide an estimate.

We selected All In One Construction to update two bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry room, and to do some miscellaneous other updates. Joe Wrinkle gave us a ballpark estimate. After we told him we would like a firm quote, he brought in all the subcontractors. A few days later we had an all-inclusive quote for the whole project. Joe has outstanding relationships with all his subcontractors. He set our expectations properly, as we planned to live in other rooms of the house while the work was underway. Projects like this can be disruptive and one just needs to know what to expect. Everybody we had contact with was very professional. There was probably a time or two when we were in the way, but everything ran smoothly. We are very happy with all the subcontractors and suppliers. We are also quite pleased with the results. We will certainly consider All In One for our future projects.

The process was very smooth and the work done was excellent. At the outset Joe prepared a VERY detailed bid. This was extremely helpful in managing costs and expectations on both sides. The initial bid was above our budget but we worked with Joe to substitute materials and find places to cut out costs to save us money. Working together we found a middle ground that allowed us to complete the project within our budget. The project foreman, Arnold, was a great asset to the project. He communicated well with us and kept a very clean work site. The end result looks great. We've been very pleased with the windows and are frequently complemented on them. And the exterior paint work was done to our satisfaction as well.
Description of Work: Several years ago All in One Construction installed all new vinyl windows for the whole house, including two very big 1905s bow windows; they also replaced all of the soffets and re-painted the exterior of our 1950s Dallas house.

You cannot go wrong with Joe Wrinkle. I highly recommend him. His subcontractors are as friendly, polite and professional as he is. Everybody showed up when scheduled, cleaned up after themselves and did great work. This modified half-bath is a temporary solution for my mother. Joe and I have a much bigger plan for a suite for her & I'm looking forward to working with him again.

During his first visit, Joe gave me a ballpark figure of 1,000-2,000, which sounded reasonable. His final bid was $11,000! It's not even a room! That was more than 500% higher than I was given to believe. I can say that he is prompt and provided plenty of documentation.
Description of Work: I wanted a large closet, which has proximity to plumbing, converted into a space for washer and dryer. Joe came out to the house twice, and provided an estimate.

Joe Wrinkle (owner) gave us a written detailed estimate of the entire job. He brought the workers by to introduce them and show them exactly what needed to be done. The prep work for the ceilings was done the first day, and the next day the entire job was completed. They were all very courteous, prompt, and cleaned up when they were finished. They worked around our work schedules, and gave us an option of being here during the work, or leaving a locked box with a door key inside if we could not be at home. Joe called to make sure we were satisfied with the work before we made the final payment. We have used this company in the past, and will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We had a hot water heater leak in the attic, which affected the master bath ceiling on the 2nd floor, and the kitchen ceiling on the first level.. They taped and bedded both areas and repainted the entire ceilings of both rooms. They also repaired two areas of siding on the exterior which had become loose. Lastly, the master bath tub was re-grouted..

I love them. Somebody referred them to me and I'm glad that they did because it was worth every penny. Somebody coordinated everything, the electricians, the plumbers, you name it. It wasn't like going to Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm glad that I did it that way. I didn't really compare on price, once I got the referrals from other people, and once they started working, I was real impressed with them and said let's go for it. It was worth every penny just to have someone else coordinated everybody, carpenters, plumbers, electricians. I didn't have to schedule all of those people.

All that I can say about Joe Wrinkle, owner of All in One Construction, is that he is top notch and a great guy to work with! I am not sure how many superlatives that I can use to convince others to use Joe for their remodel project but I will try my best to convey my wife Julie's and my experience. Don't get me wrong, there was the painful experience of having most of my home torn apart and living in our master bedroom with two black labrador retrievers for 12 weeks, but the finished product was most certainly worth the cramped living arrangement. If you are looking for "quality" workmanship, easy to work with subcontractors, someone to realize your vision or someone to help you develop a design, All in One Construction is the company that you should seriously consider when doing any type of remodel effort. If you want to remodel a bathroom, the kitchen, add on to your home, or bring in the bulldozer and start over, Joe is your man. I believe that there is no job too small or too large for All in One Construction to handle. At our initial meeting with Joe, we enumerated all the complaints we had with our home: poor lighting, a living room we never used, wasted space in the form of a wet bar and gun closet, low ceiling in the kitchen. popcorn ceilings, 1980's style ceilings with three different heights, picture-frame paneling with wood ceiling beams, full-wall brick fireplace that overpowered the room, etc. and described our vision for a contemporary design. Joe was the only contractor we interviewed who "got it". He was excited about the project, understood our vision and helped us refine and improve the design. Joe was able to use our inputs and give me a very detailed quote that gave me an idea of how costly our project was going to be. We had 6 different contractors bid on my job. The quotes varied from $70,000 to $110,000 and from one page to 12 pages. Of all the quotes that I received, Joe's was the most detailed and yes, the most expensive. I selected All in One Construction to perform my project because I knew from the level of detail of my quote, that there weren't going to be any "oh, I forgot to add that in" or "that was outside the scope of effort" excuses to cause the price to rise. Joe's quote included everything that the remodel encompassed from the demolishing of two interior walls, the transformation of my ceilings to be a consistent height throughout the renovated area, adding square footage to my house by bringing my old outdoor patio into my home, creating a "wall of windows" to look out over my beautifully landscaped pool area, gutting the kitchen and installing custom cabinetry/granite countertops, adding a walk-in pantry, replacing all of the windows in my home, complete floor replacement, removal of the old picture frame paneling to be replaced by dry wall, transforming the overpowering brick fireplace, refreshing a half bath, removing a built in bar and gun closet and transforming the area into an entertainment center, reworking our laundry room, .... down to the cost of new electrical outlets, switch plates, can lights, and light bulbs. When Joe was at our home going over the quote, it seemed to go on forever. After going over the quote, I did indeed know where my money was going to be spent and at the end, he was within 2% of the cost for the original contracted project. Subcontractor management is one of Joe's strengths. Joe brought in an architect to develop initial plans which included rear elevation and multiple interior elevation views of the kitchen and new wall of windows. When Joe was developing his quote, he brought in all his subcontractors to quote their particular portion of the job. Joe provided each contractor with a copy of these plans with their particular assignment annotated. Joe had the contractors scheduled one after another so he had time to explain the scope of their effort relative to the plan. Once the project started, Joe's coordination and scheduling of the subcontractors allowed the 12-week project to complete on time. Given the scope of the project, it was an impressive feat, especially given that we initiated 10 change orders to the original project. The quality of the work was top-notch. From Mikey, Joe's right-hand man to Tony the framer foreman to Mitch the electrician to Jerry the texture guy to Mike the tile guy to Chris the cabinetmaker to Joel the finish carpenter to the plumbers and HVAC folks (I'm sorry I don't remember your names) and last but not least, Ronnie and Charlie the painters: all did an outstanding job. All were easy to work with, easy to talk to and quick to address any concerns that I had. All subcontractors did a great job on daily cleanup as well. To ensure that Joe and his subcontractors understood our vision, Joe organized a field trip to a store in Dallas that provided our design inspiration. From that trip, the cabinetmaker was able to provide cabinet mockups that we used to iterate on the cabinet design. The painters were able to provide paint samples to ensure we had the cabinet finish that we desired. The mockups and paint samples are evidence of Joe's attention to detail and planning to ensure there would be no surprises down the road. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I have always stated that I am going to die in this house. My wife has always replied that on the day that I die, the for-sale sign will go up in the yard. After Joe's remarkable transformation of our house, my wife now says that she is going to die in this house also. I thank Joe and his subcontractors for all their outstanding work on our project and look forward to having them finish the other 20% of our home. I strongly recommend anyone considering a remodeling project to contact All in One Construction. Joe's attention to detail and quality will allow you to "love it, not list it" when you select All in One Construction to do your remodeling project! Sincerely, Kevin Elwood
Description of Work: All In One Construction remodeled 80% of my home, knocking out two walls to give our 1982 constructed ranch style home an open concept floor plan. All of the ceilings in the remodeled area were redone to remove vaults, multi-level, and low cave like ceilings to be 9' 6" throughout. After seeing how the remodel was transforming our home, we got Joe to create a covered patio area that has become my outdoor man cave.

I liked how coordinated everything was. I had the plumber, electrician, and cabinet maker her all at one time sometimes. It was all scheduled so I didn't have to take care of it. I also like the fact that they have an online website and you can see some of the work they have done. I got some ideas from the website and they had some suggestions for the kitchen that I had never thought of.

Logged onto Better Business Bureau and noticed A+ rating. Mr. Wrinkle returned call immediately and set up appointment to come to my home to discuss the project. He arrived on time. After several follow up meetings with Mr. Wrinkle and several of his associates, he completed my kitchen and bath design. We agreed to a contract price. Specifications were very detailed and complete. Project was completed on time and within budget. I am very satisfied.
