Description of Work: Jaco tore out the mildew flooring under my kitchen sink from a plumbing disaster early this summer. He installed a new flooring, caluked and painted it for us. My daughhter used him a month ago here in Richardson, for the house they purchased and also was so pleased with all his work, some flooring, fans, chandeliers, and a bunch of other things. My husband used to do work like him and it's been hard to find someone so responsive, reasonable, and that does quality work.

 + 0 moreExcept for wasting my time, I didn't go at all. I allowed the provider to select the appointment date and time. 5 minutes before arrival time, I got an email saying that the previous job was taking longer than was planned for. Understandable - things happen. I was asked if they could come in a couple hours (1:00-2:00). I said sure. At 2:10, I received an email saying the there had been an "emergency" and could they come next week. I replied that they could come on Tuesday but that I would not be happy with any further delay. No reply. That evening I sent and email simply asking if they were rescheduling. That was 5 days ago, and I have yet to have a response. Unacceptable, thoroughly unacceptable.
Description of Work: I contact this business to have a small drip under my kitchen sink repaired.

I live in a 50 year old house that has A LOT of settling and previous workers who did not do a good job. Jaco had to overcome several big problems, but he knew how to fix all of them! I will definitely call him again for other projects!
Description of Work: Install one pre-hung interior door and adjust two doors that wouldn't work properly.

 + 3 moreEverything went well and he tested all the repairs before he left. He was punctual, professional and he even cleaned up when he was done. I would hire him again!
Description of Work: Repaired a big gaping hole in the ceiling. Installed a ceiling fan, replaced a toilet seat and switched out a light fixture from the living room to the kitchen. He also did some additional miscellaneous repairs around the house.

 + 2 moreThe serviceman from All in 1 Handyman was a pleasure to work with. I had a ton of projects for him to do and he completed every single one quickly and with excellence. He was good at communicating with me and being flexible if I needed him to work at different times. He was also punctual which I appreciate. Everything that he fixed is still in great working order. His final price was also very close to what he originally quoted me which shows integrity. That is really important to me because I hate it when you get a "quote" and the service comes out to be hundreds if not thousands of dollars more than expected. I would recommend All in 1 to anyone who needs any project completed.
Description of Work: Installed gorgeous custom kitchen bench, replaced ceiling fan, installed curtain rod and blinds, changed vaulted ceiling lights, re-stained front door, assembled baby crib, installed washer, dryer, and dishwasher, and hung a wall mounted jewelry rack.
