Description of Work: HVAC – system maintenance. There were some technical issues around the cooling that they had to look into.

+ -1 moremy central air conditioning unit quit working on a sunday afternoon, in their advertisement that they had emergency service 24/7, called left message, they called back, told my son that there was two jobs ahead of ours but they would be out there (this was at 3:00pm), 6 hours later (9:00pm) called left message, they called back, said they were on their way, 2 hours later (11:00) still a no-show, went to bed, they never did show up, totally undependable, totally unreliable, I would never call them again
