Most people (myself included) have little or no knowledge of roof repair, attic ventilation, how to understand homeowners insurance policies, what authorizations and permits are required, the best methods for repair and replacement, and a host of other issues. Larry Williams does a terrific job of explaining things. None of the questions I asked were and quot;too dumband quot;, but maybe I came close a couple of times :-) Larry Williams patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The AQS website is also a valuable and user-friendly source of information. Before the work began, Larry provided a checklist of things to do. The AQS work crews were all knowledgeable, professional, and wasted no time getting the jobs done. The results exceeded my expectations, and impressed my neighbors with how well they were done. I would recommend AQS to anyone in the DFW Metroplex needing roof repairs and associated other repairs.

Our neighbors used Aegis Quality Services to roof his house. We were impressed with the job they did for them, so we talked to Larry Williams, the owner, about reroofing our house. He took pains to educate us about the process and roofing standards of Aegis Quality Services. His use of technology to educate and communicate was impressive. Mr. Williams also met with our insurance agent to assess the damages. He then met with us to sign the contract. After signing the contract, Mr. Williams stayed in contact via e-mail to let us know when the supplies would be delivered and work would start. His crew was there on time and worked hard to complete the job in three days. The workmanship was superior. Mr. Williams used a sub-contractor to replace rotten boards around the trim and bay window. When that person inadvertently drove a nail into the air-conditioner freon line it was quickly fixed. Mr. Williams assumed complete and immediate responsibility for the repair cost without any question and with profuse apologies. We were very impressed and appreciative of his response. Our experience with Aegis Quality Service was outstanding from start to finish. We recommend them highly!
