Description of Work: Re stucco the west side of our house where damaged.

Description of Work: Installed two kickout flashings over stucco to push rain water away from where a roof line met a vertical wall and into some rain gutters. | |The damage from where the rain water had been improperly draining for years nearly caused us to not buy this house. We even spent $450 on a stucco inspection (with no conclusive results) to see if the damage and absence kick outs was going to be an issue. | |Randy showed up on time for an initial inspection and was very informative about the symptoms he saw and gave excellent advice. I was prepared to have to pay to have most of the stucco ripped off and to do major wall and roof repairs. Randy could have sold me on something very expensive, instead he gave me solid practical advice: while there is damage its not extensive and you've caught it before it's really bad (along with reasons why). | |He then proceeded to recommend a course of action that was extremely reasonable and very cost effective, and much much cheaper than the invasive "repair" I was thinking might be required. | |The fix looks awesome and is doing a great job just a week later of diverting rain water (its raining today and a good test of his work!).
