+ -1 moreThey were very honest, personable, took very good care of my property and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend their services to anyone. I was getting my home ready to put on the market and was worried I'd have to repaint the whole house in order for us to proceed. I called Overman Power Clean and when they were done with the work, the house looked brand new. The only thing I needed to do is redo some exterior trim work. They even made the driveway look like it was newly poured cement. I was very encouraged by the results and feel I got a very good value for the price I paid.
Description of Work: Power washed the entire house, decking and roof.

+ -1 moreChris Overman was very responsive to my initial call for a partial roof cleaning. We decided to go with Chris because his price was very competitive and beat the the others. What I liked the most is having the owner/operator perform the job. We initially were just going to have Vulture dung cleaned off the top of our grey metal roof but decided to have the entire roof cleaned. Chris did a great job, communication was great and I highly recommend Overman Power Clean.

+ 4 moreWe came home to a bright white walkway and it felt like a new home! We had a tough stain that wouldn't come off, but he even came back again with a different solution and was able to get it out!
Description of Work: Our sidewalks and driveway were caked with years of dirt, mildew and stain from the oak trees around our home. We've tried to clean them but the stains from the trees were so intense we needed them professionally pressure washed.
