They were very prompt and worked steadily. When finished they cleaned up everything. I would certainly recommend them.

The crew is hard working and efficient. They finished the project a day ahead of schedule, which was really nice. I had issues with the foreman on this job with scheduling of his visits and the engineer visit, but it all came out ok.

I was losing confidence in the integrity of my home until Hercules stopped the settling of our slab foundation and reversed some of the damage caused by an uneven slab. Specifically, in my own living room, I was not supposed to be watching a 20 foot long crack develop in the ceiling and then expand to 1/4 inch wide. But on the day of the foundation lift, 2 dramatic improvements took place as the team of foundation experts hydraulically re-leveled the South end of the house. The wide gap in living room ceiling closed! A couple of inside doors all of a sudden latched for the first time in more than seven years! We feel like we can re-paint again inside, because results of painting will no longer be undone by future settling and cracking. Installing foundation support pillars underneath residence is no small matter, but after receiving 2 independent assessments documenting our tilted foundation I was confident that something had to change. Allen Alexander worked with us persistently until the project was done. Velocity of cleanup the day after the foundation lift was amazing. Allen responded quickly to my inputs. We opted for a comprehensive one-time reinforcement of our entire foundation. Some shrubs were lost and the foundation repair disrupted our lives for a few days, but I will no longer get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach every time additional foundation shift occurs. Complexity of the effort by Hercules was significant. We not only enjoy a level foundation now, but also took care of long delayed repairs to both bathrooms in our residence. Broken sewer pipes underneath the foundation are challenging to access. For a foundation repair company accessing pipes near the exterior of the residential foundation is a practical solution.

Very hard working crew. Communication was good, and no time was wasted. They even worked on Saturday morning to complete the job and clean up. Foreman explained each step in the process and explained where they were and what was going on. The repair was more expensive than I thought, but the work was excellent and I am satisfied with lifetime, transferable guarantee. My only disappointment is that my bushes did not survive the ordeal. But overall, I would trust them and recommend to others.

The crew that did the foundation repair was very professional and hard working. They were able to finish the repair ahead of schedule. The Cleanup was outstanding and the area looked the same when they finished as it did when the started. The customer service provided by Allen and Mike was outstanding. They were responsive to any request. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Very good customer service and the guys that did the work were very friendly and did a very good job. When all was said and done everything was just like it was before they started. Being a layman it looks good to me.

Hercules Foundation Repair Team did a great job for us from start to finish. They worked very hard, got a pretty big job done in just 3 days and did an excellent job cleaning up and leaving the job site looking like they found it. They kept us informed and even replaced a borrowed tool of mine that got damaged with a brand new one. Couldnâ t ask for a better team or a better experience with a job that had me anxious before it started, but at peace by the time it was finished! 5 Star Service at a very reasonable cost. Canâ t recommend them enough!!

The work was fast and clean up perfect...couldn t tell they had been there. Very professional and great customer service. Entire team has hard working, on time and friendly. Highly recommend them if you have foundation problems!

Oh My!!! What can I say. These guys knocked it out of the park. Their recommendations about where to put all the dirt was outstanding. Wish it didn't hit my bank account so much, but after getting 3 quotes for others, they were by far the best value. Got to admit, I was a little susceptible about their price (compared to the other bids) but I made the absolute right decision going with Hercules Foundation Repair!!! Thanks so much!

Half the cost competitors quoted me and no one was salesy or pushy. They did a great job at a great price but the straightforward customer service and lack of BS stood out the most.

Allen came out to give me a bid which was a very fair price. The crew leader Elton was professional and friendly he would advise the time of arrival and notify me before they were leaving and Mike who overseeing the jobs in the area would come by to make sure things were being done and that I wasn't having any problems. Thank you Allen and the whole team it was done faster then I thought it would be.

Mike, the job foreman, was very professional and did a great job explaining what they would be doing as well as answering any questions we had. Mike made himself available and was a very approachable person. Several times throughout the leveling he asked if we had any qeustions about the procedure. Mike and his team were all very hard workers and were very efficient. They only needed a few days from start to finish and completed the project a day ahead of the scheduled time. All of them were friendly and very good workers. They cleaned up everything prior to leaving for the night. Overall our project with Hercules Foundation Repair and Remodeling was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone! Great job to Mike and his team for the awesome work!

Incredibly pleased with results. Mike Dyal, from Hercules foundation repair, provided clear estimate and explained options. Estimated start was 6-8 weeks out but actually only 4 - I was contacted 1 week in advance to see if I was ready - had to move a few plants I did not want to lose. He was on-site the first morning to ensure team lead knew scope of work. Project took several days, but crew picked up each day (aside from progress could not tell they had been there). Mike suggested the sidewalk be widened and raised (for better water drainage). Mike was promptly responsive to all my questions, no matter what I asked him about. I will definitely refer them to all my friends who have Foundation problems.
