+ -1 moreTom put up with more than any realtor should. We attempted to get a VA loan on a victorian house. VA loans are not set up for victorian homes but rather they were created for Vets returning from WWII. The standards are set for a reason but making a house built in 1878 fit the requirements of a home built in 1950 was tough to say the least. He stayed with us to the end and we are so very very appreciative for that. I would'nt use anyone else here in Galveston if and when we buy a new home.
