+ -1 moreScotty was very prompts when we asked him to come out and provide a quote. We were walked through all of our choices, and explained how the process would work. He was great with follow up after his initial visit. Because he was so good with his responsiveness, we decided to use his services over others, including the big box stores. It took several weeks for our door to arrive because the size was not typical. Once it arrived, Scotty called to set up our appointment, which he kept. The install is perfect, and we are very happy with the results. We would recommend him to anyone who is seeking quality work and good customer service.

Description of Work: Removed and repaired garage door. They moved everything around in the garage and it was full of furniture, etc. I have had to replace the garage door in the past several times because the door would crumple like an accordian. Scotty explained the problem and I didn't have to replace the door AGAIN! They were very professional.

Description of Work: Scotty arrived initially making careful notes on repairs needed to 2 garage doors and overhead fixtures ( damaged by lightning). Punctual, courteous, professional. Provided estimate and discussed necessary repairs. Strengthened with braces both doors, repaired old rubber strips, added new handles, removed old door opener chains, installed new 1/3hp door opener,new door cable in timely manner.
