 + -1 moreMy tenant texted me that Eric fixed the lock and that he appreciated the quick response. Eric had agreed to let me pay by credit card after the work was completed. When I called to pay him, he went over in detail the work he performed. Not only did he repair the lock I called him about, but he checked out others and lube, adjusted strikes or chisled wood as necessary. He told me about a lock that was not a security issue but mentioned the spring was broken on it. He did work beyond what I hired him to do for the price he originally quoted. I highly recommend Eric Lewis with Key Works Lock and Safe Co. in Galveston, TX.
Description of Work: I needed to have a lock fixed at a rental property. Angie's List did not have any locksmiths listed close to my rental property so I searched via the internet white pages. I contacted a couple of places and was very impressed with Eric over the phone. I gave my tenant the information for Key Works Lock & Safe Co. and he contacted Eric to set up a service call.
