+ -1 moreI booked a month in advance. He called 2 days before and said he'd be there late. Then a day before he called and canceled entirely. He gave every excuse and told me it was my fault for not confirming.

Description of Work: Originally scheduled for Saturday early afternoon, postponed until Sunday. They had scheduled 3 moves for Saturday with 1 truck and 1 crew. The crew was physically exhausted. They had not had a day off in over 2 weeks. When the owner manager said they had one truck in for repairs, I thought that meant they had 2 crews and I would get a fresh crew. Not so, per the crew - 2 trucks and 1 crew that was exhausted.
