+ -1 moreShe did not answer or return any of my phone calls. The last time I tried to contact her, I left her a message of if she did not contact me I woiuld assum she does not need my business. She did not contact me until the next day via TEXT!!!
Description of Work: She did nothing for me. She was supposed to help me find a house.

+ -1 moreI call Ingrid to ask a few questions regarding real estate in the Galveston area she asked if I wanted to sell my house and if so could she come by to look at the house, from that point on I've been impressed with my realtor I would strongly recommend Ingrid to anyone looking for a hardworking dedicated realtor.

+ -1 moreShe's extremely knowledgeable. I thought the way she handled the individuals who looked at my house was as professional as can be. Every time she showed my properties, she informed me of their likes and dislikes. Once a month we had a telephone conversation to discuss the activities of the month. We'd analyze the people that were looking at it, the price, and anything that might be done to make the house more sell-able. She was just wonderful throughout the process. The properties almost all sold within 3 months.
