+ -1 moreInstallation was competed in a timely and professional manner. The technician was very courteous. We were very pleased. They arrived in time. They called before their arrival. The installation was done in a neat manner. They explained how all the equipment worked. They answered our questions in a courteous manner. A very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: The provider came to our home to install dish satellite and change our sevice from cable to dish. The provider explained all the services in detail and answered all my questions prior to the installation. The service technician arrived in a timely mannerand we were given a short wait period, not some random time that rrequired an adult to be home waiting all day. He wad very courteous and promptly completed the installation. He took time to explain how all the equipment worked. He left call back numbers and when I had a question I called and the person on the phone wad very helpful and polite. It was such a refreshing experience.
