Description of Work: I paid $3140.00 cash for a 2014 hustler raptor mower. dealer lied to me on no less than four times about delivery date. Got fed up with dealer and made contact with the factory in kansas. They informed me that a mower had not even been ordered from the dealer, and a mower had not been shipped to the dealer. After a week of hastle from dealer, I finally got my money back after threatening to go to galvaston county district attorney and file criminal charges against him. Do not under any condition do business with this dealer.

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreWent to them to purchase repair parts for my Troy-Bilt garden tractor. They claimed to have one of the parts in stock but would have to order the other parts. No problem, I told them to order the parts. When the day came to pick up my parts, I called them and was given the run-around and nothing but excuses as to why my parts were not in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they promised to call the factory and "find out what happened" to my parts. A week later I drove the 30 miles to pick up my parts and when I got there was told the factory shipped them an empty box! I was so disgusted with them all I could do was turn and leave.
Description of Work: They never performed any service.
