The tub install was adequate, but, reliability not so much. I talked to Mitch twice to arrange follow up faucet installation service, scheduled a time and then he was a no-show. Called for an update, "oh, I forgot to call you, we'll be late". Never showed up, never called. They have lost a customer.

We had scheduled them to come out the following week but nobody showed up. I contacted them and we ended up rescheduling and they still did not show up or call.
Description of Work: I hired them for a project because I used them before and had good luck.
