+ -1 moreI think for the most part they did okay. It was hard to make contact with them and that was the biggest problem. When I would call them, I wouldn't get any return phone calls from them about getting a set date to get the job done. I had a hard time getting a hold of them sometimes when I needed to, but other than that I think they did a good job. I liked the fact that the guy worked with his son and it seemed to be more of a family oriented business. They were friendly and trustworthy. So I liked that part of it. They seemed to be relatively hard working once they came out here.
Description of Work: I used RV Windows for my windows. I just had some window issues and they had to repair some areas around the windows. I think they also replaced one of the windows.

+ 0 moreHe was absolutely excellent. He installed pvc which he said should have been originally installed. The doors he installed were just beautiful redwood doors. He uses high quality materials which are not cheap, but worth the money.
Description of Work: He replaced all of the rotted wood around my window frames on the outside of the house, approximately 27. He also replaced two sets of rotted double doors in my den.

+ -1 moreRAUL AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY CAREFUL IN THEIR WORK. THEY REMOVED AND RE-INSTALLED WOODWORK WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE. NOW ALL OF MY WINDOWS WORK EASILY AND PROPERLY. I WOULD READILY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPAIRED 10, 100-YEAR-OLD, WOOD SASH WINDOWS; INCLUDING REPLACING PULLEYS, REATTACHING WEIGHTS TO THE SASHES, AND UNSTICKING WINDOWS THAT HAD BEEN PAINTED SHUT.
