I've been struggling with finding the right person for the job, and after years, Hector delivered with top quality and great communication since day one. His attitude towards excellence and customer centric philosophy is rarely found nowadays. He and his team have decades of experience on their belt and they truly partner with you to find the best design according to your needs and budget. He was always responsive regardless of the day/time, on weekends and even after hours and went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Most of the work was done by Benjamin and two of his partners. Not a drop of paint was transferred to my floors, even while painting the ceiling, truly magic.
