Hesse-Schniederjan Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been using this company for about fifteen years and have never had a complaint. I had our larger unit replaced several years ago and never had a major problem , just a small part. They have been nursing our smaller unit (23 years old) along for several years, the last time It quit cooling they gave me the option of a major repair or a replacement. They gave options on a replacement. We had it replaced. It was difficult get to the inside unit in the attic. They had to bring it through the house. They were able to get it done in a short period of time and left their work areas cleaner than they found them. I thought their work has always been prompt, reliable and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

They?re triple ?A? outstanding. I have never dealt anybody that thinks any better than them. I?ve used them for 27 years and they never tried to sell you anything. Their service calls were very reasonable. When I asked about a 27 year old air conditioner that was breaking down, they even offered to try and get a piece manufactured. They didn?t get the parts anymore & didn?t try to sell me another one. They even tried to find out where they could get a piece to manufacture and keep it going. They are people of high integrity. I went ahead and had them put a new unit in and everything has been outstanding on it. I?d rate them as probably the best in the country. My opinion, they?re the best in the country although I don?t know anything about all the other people. I thought the price was very good. Gave me a lot of choices, and then kind of helped guide me into what they thought the optimum value was for what I was trying to do, cause that?s a lake place up there. The owner came out and analyzed it, then he came back out and checked everything afterwards. He said he would be back out in a few months to make sure everything was still working right. So, they?re as good as it gets. They?re polite and everything is triple ?A?. If I had my choice, they would be the only ones I would use anywhere. I?ve moved from most of my places.

I have used this provider many times and they always do a great job. Their prices are reasonable and they don't try to up sell. I would higher recommend.
