We went to their location. My experience was very good. The guy that we worked with was one of the partners in the company. He was very good. He explained the differences, we actually selected a window that was relatively new, relationship with a new manufacturer that he had. So he didn't have a lot of experience with this but he was very open to tell us that. He gave us full disclosure. He didn't try to sell us he just said this is what is available and what we can do. These are the ones I already know. We selected a different one that we liked some of the features on them and that's what we chose. They had one window that was didn't match the one next to it, it was the wrong size, it fit the hole but it the lower window was taller than the one next to it, the lower half of it, so they acknowledged it and when the installed the wrong one, they got a window in there in three or four days that was the correct one. They were very responsive and took care of things quickly. Since we have been in the house, after we completed things, after construction,. We had to have all the windows cleaned. They came out and put all the springs on. At that time we had to pay window that was in my maintenance on the grounds, the screens, there was a screen that they did not have, I don't know why, they were going to get those and bring them there. They haven't yet, but I haven't been urgent about it. There was one window that showed some condensation water between the panes of glass because they were double pane and so they are going to replace that one. They didn't install them, we bought the windows from them. The framer who did the framing installed the windows so we would have them in before the brick was laid. I had someone come out and clean all the windows, remove the stickers, and stuff like that.
