+ -1 moreWe lost money on packing and storing and also lost marketing time when Remax kept a hold on the property and we couldn't relist with another agent.
Description of Work: I contracted with Traye Wise at Remax Westside Realty in the Memorial Office. He made numerous mistakes with our listing and even listed our house on MLS at the wrong price and then when we wanted to relist with another realtor he kept a hold on the property. I will stay away from all Remax in the future, but at the very least other's should stay away from their Memorial office.

+ -1 moreAs part of a job change, I was being relocated to the Houston area and needed to find a new house realtively quickly. I had done some research online, and was interested in houses in the Fulshear area. We were fortunate to have Julie as our realtor; her knowledge of the market in the area was invaluable. Julie also possess intuition which helped guide us in the decision process in finding a home that we now love. Her capacity to manage details and her patience with a difficult situation with our mortgage lender assured a successful closing (earlier than planned!). I will heartily recommend Julie for anyone considering a home sale or purchase in the Fulshear area.
