+ -1 moreThe house turned out perfectly. We had no issues that weren't taken care of by Trendmaker to out satisfaction. We were so happy with the house that now that we need a larger home, we have turned to Trendmaker once again to be our builder. We are almost through with our second Trendmaker home and are very happy. Our first Trendmaker home sold for a considerable amount more than the neighborhood comps.
Description of Work: We had heard many great things about Trendmaker Homes over the years and decided to contract with them to build a house. They worked with us to choose the right floorplan and lot for our family. The sales and design teams worked hard to help us make sure that every door, window, shelf, outlet, etc were in the perfect place for our lifestyle.
