Swift Construction

Swift Construction had to up their price a little bit because they had to do extra work to repair our roof which they didn't plan on but it leaks. I've called them 3 times with no response. They are not responding so I have to have someone come out and fix it. The screen blew out but that wasn't their fault. Maybe we could have recommended something better but that part is going to have to be redone one day. I think they were pricey because they started out without a plan and I could see where they were off level so they would have to tear it apart to redo it and ask us for more money for materials. The quality of their tiling was not good. They should have somebody who knows how to do tile. Swift Construction did everything themselves instead of hiring a professional to do a professional job. The ceramic tile is not level. It's not a bad job but it's not a good job. They did show up when they said they would show up. Also, I think they guy's daughter took our lawn chair. She was sitting in it all the time so that was a little bit of a theft there. They were not too professional by smoking and throwing cigarettes on the ground. There were nails lying around. They didn't clean up after themselves.
