He went straight to work and assessed my doors and as he was changing my locks noticed that they were not properly locking, so he fixed the situation. He also was giving me security tips and showing me how the locks / door knobs actual work. I was thankful to get this information. I would recommend Michael's Keys to anyone and everyone.

Description of Work: Put in a new deadbolt, changes out a deadbolt, opened a security box we had lost the key for and opened my tool chest which I had lost the key for....guess I need to improve my memory huh?

 + -1 moreThe provider was very prompt for an emergency call. The door to the back yard would not open at all due to a defective latch. Since there are 3 animals that need to go out the back door several times a day, getting this lock/latch in working order quickly was a priority. The latch was fixed within a few hours. I appreciated the company letting me know that the emergency service call would be higher than the regular hour service call. This allowed me to make the decision to wait, or have them come out on a Sunday. The locksmith was very professional and offered several options to fix my problem. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.
